Five bedroom beach house outside fully renovated with brand new front deck, inside recently (2019) renovated with brand new kitchen located across the street from ocean and one block from the bay. In a quiet desirable area at the southern tip of the island.
Five minutes from Beach Haven with many shops, restaurants, amusement park, and water slides. Steps away from nature preserve with picturesque beach views.

Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the location made things convenient. A few minor details could be improved, but nothing that took away from the experience. I’d happily stay again.

The home is Rustic shore home. The location is way close to the beach and restrooms. Just go up the hill and you get to see sunsets. Just go to the left. And then you're on the beach. For the beautiful moonrise and sunrise. This is a perfect house for our big family. Or a bunch of friends to get together. It was also great for a couple. Outside shower has beautiful. plenty of Pressure.

Location was great and comfortably accommodated 12 and overall we had a nice long weekend on LBI. Unfortunately, the fridge had dead fish smell and the 2 bedrooms in downstairs basement had a musty smell. Many of the windows did not have screens or had ripped screens so limited the number of windows we could open on some very nice days. The window shades were not in good shape but did function
