Nestled in Kissimmee, this lovely house for $155 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. All primary guests are required to register their stay at the front desk upon arrival. At registration, all guests are required to purchase a $20, NONREFUNDABLE, Gate Card for each vehicle that will travel through our gate for the duration of their stay. Superior vacation home - 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Terra Verde Resort is only 10 minutes from Disney, Theme Parks, outlet shopping, great restaurants. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a gated community that caters to everyone; private pool, community pool, tennis courts, tiki bar, fitness room, community hot tub, basketball court, children's playground, arcade, community movie night, karaoke night, bingo night. Other great attractions: theaters, Water Parks, Gatorland, LEGOLAND, Universal, Epcot, Sea World and sight seeing. Everything was pretty good except that the listing state it has a game room and it does not. You have to pay 20.00 for a gate key and never was told that. When we first got into the house , it had a stinky smell and recycling bin was full of garbage. Also the king bedroom bathroom sink clogs up.

We had a great time at this roomy and clean rental. The owner/manager was friendly, the neighborhood was quiet, and the staff at the clubhouse were very kind. This is a great place to stay that was about 15-20 minutes from all of the Disney World parks. Stay here with confidence!

This home was clean and spacious. It had plenty of room to relax and not feel like everyone was on top of each other. The pool area was nice for what we needed. We enjoyed time in the pool as well as hot tub. It was very quiet around us. We will definitely be back.

Husband and I had a short but lovely time here. Everything was clean. Property manager was easy to contact and communicate with. The private pool was wonderful. The only things that would have made our stay better: a couple more towels, we could only find two at the rental, and a longer stay! We would definitely rent this place again.

The house was completely fine, lots of space, no reason not to stay there but wasn't my favorite VRBO rental. Everything was average. The master bed was comfy but the other beds not great. Could have used a few more basic kitchen supplies like kitchen towels, more than one pot holder, mixing bowl... Can't remember everything else. The home pool was cloudy; said it was due to it recently being refinished. Hot tub does not work unless you pay for the pool to be heated which want needed in June. There was a $20 fee for gate pass which wasn't expected. The club house staff was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool, the mini mini golf, and the movie in the small theater. Overall everyone was fine.

Everything was exactly like the pictures! The beds were comfortable, and the house and pool were clean! The resort was super nice and had a lot to offer. Only thing I wish it had was a high chair or booster seat for a toddler/baby other than that I’d definitely come back. A family member referred us to this property and it was great.

Property is outdated and not well kept. Patio furniture broken and rust present. Screen on one bedroom torn. Trouble with some tvs. Dryer continues to spin when opened. Neighbors can be heard at night even with everything closed up and after quiet hours began. Owner was easy to reach regarding tvs.

This place was wonderful! The location was great with Walmart and restaurants nearby and the house was so clean house! The pool was wonderful too, we all enjoyed it. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with the owner was awful. Never reads the messages on the app, I txt him and same thing. There was mold in many places, the pool was dirty and green. Worst house I have ever rented.

This is perfect for a Disney gateaway or even just a relaxing vacation. The hot tub and pool were wonderful amenities. Plenty of space for the whole family and very dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The house was clean and comfortable… There was plenty of dishes, silverware, pillows, and blankets.. Everything that we needed to make her stay comfortable.. The host was very accommodating and there for anything that we needed. The day we arrived. We experienced a heavy rain, that fogged out the pool.. But,, Paul was there,, first thing the next morning ,,to clean and treat it for my family.. Gaining entrance to the property was a breeze and coming and going we had no issues at the guard gate… On top of everything that the house offered, we found out after arriving that the neighborhood also offered a number of amenities that were accessible with our VRBO rental.. These amenities included a community pool, a park, a small miniature golf course a fully stocked fish pond for catch and release fishing, a tiki bar, family movie night twice a week and a game room for the kids… all free to use for the guests.. And all of these are what kept me and my toddler’s busy while my older boys visited Universal.. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone, and I will be returning again… my thanks to Paul for a great stay that offered many memories..

The house and neighborhood is very nice. The house was clean, spacious and well kept. Once we arrived we had to check in at the club house and we had to pay $20 per car, which was something not mentioned in the rental description. Besides that, the area is great, close to Disney and main attractions. We would stay here again.

We spent the winter in this very comfortable house. We loved Terra Verde. The amenities are varied and the whole property is well maintained. The property manager was very responsive to the few issues that we experienced. Would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed here for our 6 night vacation. It's a very cute house. The pool and hot tub definitely came in handy. There was a ant problem, but nothing too insane. The cleaning staff definitely needs more improvement. Like other reviews, yes the house can definitely use an update. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely work with Paul, the home owner, again.

My wife and I had a Great time at this home. It was as expected in the photos. The Furniture near the Inside den area could use some updating. We loved the pool and Spa!! Paul the property manager is great and easy to contact! We hope to stay here again next August, however it would be nice if returning customers could get a discount. All in All it was Very Nice!

I wanted to love this house, I really did, but there were just a few little things that kept it from being five stars. The house is desperately in need of a few updates. The living room furniture is pretty beaten up, and a couple of the mattresses need to be replaced. Would love to see the garage converted to a game room, and since it’s so close to Disney, would like to see some Disney theming. The AC simply could not keep up with the heat. We would set it on 70 and the house would get up to 79 despite the AC running all day. Luckily we were at the parks during the peak heat of the day so it wasn’t terrible. We also had issues with some of the outlets not working in two of the bedrooms. We found out the hard way when our phones weren’t charged in the morning. Would have liked to be a bit closer to the parks. They are about 20-25 mins. away. The resort charges for a key card (which is dumb) so we would have to stop at the gatehouse every single time we entered. Kind of annoying, but not the house/owner’s fault. Overall a decent house for a decent price, but would have liked just a little but more.

The area is nice however the house is extremely outdated. 1. Upon entry no doorbell. 2.The house smells like moth balls. 3. Appliances are old and poor lighting. 4. We had some ants as well. 5. I had to call one day as the A/C was not properly cooling, thank God someone was sent over I’m the morning. 6. The pool was not as clean as I am use to.

I’ve been staying at terra verde for many years. For a super host, this property needs a tonne of work, as well as a deep dive clean. It’s pretty bad.
