Magnificent location in the very heart of Rome. Highest level of service!
The hotel is located in the historic center. All the main treasures of the Eternal City—the Church of St. Ignatius, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Triton Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Pantheon, and Castel Sant'Angelo—are within walking distance. You will need to walk a bit further to the Vatican (about 3 km), but if you set off a little earlier than your booked time slot, it is no trouble at all, as the road and the sights along the way from the hotel to the Vatican are magnificent! It is well worth it! For active travelers who come for the impressions, architecture, and aesthetics, this is an ideal location.
The hotel is located on the second floor of a residential building. Upon check-in, we were immediately given a full set of keys (for the entrance, the common door, and the room), which provided complete autonomy and freedom. The street outside the windows is very lively and picturesque, with cafes and pedestrian traffic, but excellent double-glazed windows are installed in the room, so with the window closed, the street noise does not interfere with resting at all.
The room itself is compact, but it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and regaining strength: a comfortable double bed, a convenient wardrobe area, a refrigerator, a minibar, an electric kettle. A private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin). Everything is functional and well-thought-out. By the time we arrived (although we arrived 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time), not only was the room ready, shining with cleanliness and coziness, but it was also filled with an exquisite interior fragrance, which immediately gave a feeling of comfort and care.
But the real diamond of this hotel is Ekaterina! She is an absolutely stunning, open, friendly, and incredibly caring human.

Everything was amazing!!! But the location is the ice on the cake, best location to stay in Rome. We did everything walking, it was amazing. And the room is huge.

Great space in the middle of the historic area. Although located in a busy area, room was quiet. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly and accessible staff. Great breakfast provided.

The location is very central; it is easy to reach a lot of destinations by foot. The room was clean and had been modernised. The host was friendly and communication was excellent.
I had booked a "Deluxe King Room", so we were quite disappointed to see that the room was actually quite small. More importantly, the bed was a standard double bed instead of an expected king size. The room was boiling hot when we arrived, with no way to turn it down as the thermostats at the radiators had been removed. When the heating finally went off it became quite chilly. The room is extremely noisy and not sound proof. The street noise from below goes on until 3 or 4am and starts again very early. The stairs leading up to the room are steep and very worn out, making it unsuitable for people with walking problems.
