The property was perfect for two. The place was clean and had all the basics we needed for a 5 day stay. One pool was closed and the walk to the beach was a little muddy, but they were recovering from Helene. Overall the property was exactly as described and I would go back.

The property was very well kept. We were close to the beach area. The only criticism is that we are both in our 70s and it was difficult to bring the chairs and umbrella to the beach.

Clean, comfortable king bed, shower good. Beach nice, garden areas well maintained. Not enough umbrellas and people let their stuff there all day to save the chairs even though they are not there for extended periods. They do have extra chairs and some umbrellas if you want to haul them out yourself. Rental bikes a little rough but convenient. Locking them up is a pain... not sure why anyone would steal them ��. Didn’t use the swimming pools or tennis courts so can’t comment on those. Should give you 7 days of coffee pods. Expensive in prime season, but weather was great. Covid precautions taken. Rosy was a friendly host.

happy to be back on Sanibel. Several problems with our rental. Carpeting wet just outside bathroom. dishwasher not working, even after maintenance man tried to fix it.
