Nestled in La Quinta, this attractive house for $258 per night is a great option for your next break. Minutes to Empire Polo Fields and new Acrisure Arena. This newly remodeled home is located in La Quinta Cove. The beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains can be seen from the front courtyard and the Coral Mountains by the newly re-surfaced pebble tech heated pool/spa. Front courtyard has very comfortable patio furniture while relaxing next to a custom water feature. Hiking and bike trails are within walking distance. This home is within minutes of Old Town La Quinta, which has wonderful restaurants, salons and boutiques. The livingroom has an open concept with tall ceilings and stone wall accents. For your entertainment we have provided a LG 70 inch HD flat screen TV with cable, wifi internet and unlimited calls to US and Canada. This kitchen is full equipped and has granite counter tops. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32 in Samsung flat screen HD flat screen TV. The master bath is beautifully tiled with a walk-in glass shower. Double sinks with granite counters. Sliding door off master bath gives quick access to the pebble tech heated pool and spa. First bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has twin beds, great for kids. Second bathroom is off the hallway, which is easy access to both bedrooms. This bathroom is also beautifully tiled with a glass walk-in shower and granite counter top. Full size washer and dryer are off the hallway close to all bedrooms. If you like to golf, the Coachella Valley offers several prestigious golf courses. Silver Rock, La Quinta Resort and Spa and PGA West are within minutes from our home. House is within 8 min drive to Empire Polo Fields where Coachella and Stagecoach concerts are held. 20 min drive to Acrisure Arena. If you like to shop, El Paseo (Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), College of the Desert Street Fair in Palm Desert, Westfield Mall, The River at Rancho Mirage and Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, outside of Palm Springs. This house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty close to the event as well.
The neighbors kept to themselves, and it was in a good quiet neighborhood.
The pool was very nice to have. It made the 105-degree temperature seem like 80 degrees.
The house could have held more people, but I went on this trip with the wife only. We had a 3-bedroom house to ourselves basically which was nice!
There were a few annoying crickets that got into the house. But they didn't last long! :)
All in all, it was very enjoyable stay, and we had a great time. I would stay at this house again if I were in the area. It was very secluded and easy to check in and out of.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Marla is a amazing host! She was super responsive & very helpful with any questions we had. We spent most of our time spacious pool & back patio which is nice & spacious. Thank You once again for your hospitality & we can’t wait to be back.

Awesome place for a relaxing pool weekend getaway! My 2 friends and I loved floating and swimming in Marla’s beautiful large pool the entire weekend. We went in June and the water temperature was perfect without it being heated. The pool waterfall makes a peaceful sound.
Trader Joe’s and other stores less than 10 minutes away, which is great since her kitchen was begging to be cooked in. Marla also stocks the house with the necessities - olive oil, spices, coffee, tea and best of all - there’s filtered water and ice from the fridge!
The house, rooms and bathrooms were decorated cute and comfy. We loved watching movies on the large TV at night. Just be aware that there are a good amount of bugs at night time (during the day is fine) since it’s the desert.
Marla was helpful and responsive. I hope to return soon! :)

We had the best time. The owner, Marla, is amazing, responsive and accommodating. We had a blast in the pool every day and were allowed to have friends come over and join us. The house and yard are beautiful and clean. There were pool floats to use and books and games to enjoy. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem in La Quinta!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need Marla has at the house. The kitchen appliances are high end great quality. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. The house was stocked very well. The bbq very clean. We had a great time and would definetely rent this house again.

This house has everything you need and everything was clean and well kept, including all kitchen accessories. The pool was cleaned twice a week and was kept at a more than comfortable temperature. The property rep was just a text away and very attentive. Absolutely the best VRBO we have stayed at and we have stayed at several. Family friendly Comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. Thanks again for an amazing 10 days in the sun!!

This property was a perfect escape from the city to get some much needed quiet time. The host was friendly, informative and more than helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool on a hot sunny day. Will visit again!

Host was extremely nice and attentive we had an issue with the AC owner immediately schedule someone to come in and got it fix. House was clean. Pool was great. No issues other than if you staying in the master bedroom the sun will wake you up as the blinds/curtains are really thing and the master bathroom has real thin blinds too. My spouse came in running letting me know to turn off the light of while I changed because everyone at the pool was able to see while I was changing after I showered. Again the blinds/curtains are really thin. But turn of the light while you shower and change and you be good haha. Other than that everything was great.

House was beautiful and immaculate. Pool was perfect BUT House air conditioning did not work it was 82 in home all week. Host was very responsive to our complaints about the heat. Host had air conditioning service man out 3 times to fix but no change. Service man mentioned air unit was scheduled to be replaced. We should have been notified that the unit wasn’t working!. Host mentioned that we shouldn’t have it at 68, but it was set at that when we checked in. Air NEVER WORKED!!!! It was miserable. We either stayed in pool or sat in car with air on.
