Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $675 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our home was built in 1998 and received a $400,000 plus renovation which was completed October 2016. Every bathroom was gutted to the studs, new kitchen, new pool, new hot tub, new roof, new picture window screened lanai, new ...... Even down to every baseboard, plug, wall switch, door knob and hinge. All furniture is also new and selected by top interior decorator in SW Fl. Two stand up/sit down desks added 12/21 (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) Three 65 inch hi definition TV's in living room, master bedroom and the upstairs sitting area. Each of the other 3 bedrooms have 50 inch flat screens. Pool has a hot tub that easily fits 8 people with what is arguably the finest sunset view in Florida. Pool is easily operated by $2,500 Aqualink system with panel in living room. New floating dock added for easy use of the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Every amenity provided including coolers, fishing rods, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and 5+ bicycles. You will not want to leave even to go to the BEACH! PS: We ONLY Book thru VRBO so if ever asked to book directly do not wire or send any funds! We have seen recent Facebook scams and other Phishing attempts and simply don't want anyone to get burned! Also, the few Ian items (screen, dock lights, power wash) have all been completed and house is 110%!

This house is exactly like the description on the Vrbo website. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, all of the bedrooms, very comfortable, plenty of towels and bicycles! Everything you needed for the beach, such as chairs and umbrellas and coolers and toys. The views were fantastic in the evening at sunset and in the morning. Whoever decorated this home, created a tasteful, relaxing environment for vacationers.

This house was the perfect stay for us and our adult children. Everyone had privacy, but plenty of space to gather as a family too. The amenities were fantastic, including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and we were so impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the property. We highly recommend!

What an amazing, modern home! We've stayed on Marco Island many times, and this is by far our family's favorite! The views are spectacular! The decor is beautiful, and the home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. We all enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs as well as the bikes. Super easy to get in and out of the canal with the kayaks/SUPs because of the floating dock (not all houses have this, so that's a plus!) There are plenty of fishing poles (fish right off the dock!), beach chairs, and beach gear. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The owner and the property management team are friendly, very responsive, and super helpful with any issue. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the water view from the swimming pool is stunning!! We stayed for a week and were able to enjoy the location as it is 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The home was well-appointed and communication with the manager was great - Highly recommend!!

Truly one of a kind! Everything was exceptional and such an easy process. Also we’re able to see an enormous amount of wild life both aquatic and land animals. Such a wonderful experience and at times chose to stay at the house versus going out. Would totally stay here again also if you think it’s not kid friendly it was perfect. We had 3 kids all under 5 and totally enjoyed the space.

Beautiful house in a great location on the water. Our family had a great vacation and will be returning next year. The home has everything you need including a complete kitchen, great deck area, pool and hot tub, water toys and a fabulous view. Our only complaint regards ease of access to the beach. There is incredibly limited parking near the beach - - and in this case, "near the beach" is 2 to 3 blocks away. If you are planning on a beach vacation, this may not be it. Enjoy the pool and views from the house.

We had amazing vacation on Marco island. We were a group of 6 adults / 3 couples and had plenty of room!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom with yet an extra room and bathroom to spare. We loved all of the amenities - fishing rods and bait, pool and hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. We didn’t need anything but groceries and drinks. This VRBO property was in a perfect location with an awesome view. We would stay here again and again!

This home was beyond compare. We were told that it had been remodeled a few years ago. It looked as though it was done yesterday. We were in and out of the pool and hot tub three-or-four-times a day. The location is close to many good restaurants and activities. We also went to Naples a short time away and had even more fun. We went on an air boat through the Everglades, a shelling boat, a dinner cruise and a fine dining experience, and to the beach. And we were only there for five nights. We loved the house and everything that it comes with it. We even saw a dolphin off the end of the dock!

A perfect vacation with our adult children for their cousins wedding. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Our favorite place was the back dock for coffee every morning to catch up and spend time together. Everything is perfect about this house including the beach chairs ,bikes and kayaks. Our family has rented a number of homes for vacations and this one was our favorite. It is beautifully decorated with every amenity you need along with great views and convenient location on Marco. We enjoyed having a pool and used it during the days and some evenings.. We would love to rent it again if we return to Marco. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Overall a great house for our needs.

Absolutely breathtaking property! The wide water views were spectacular and gave the best views of the sunsets. It was so peaceful outside as we couldn’t hear any neighbors all week. My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and we enjoyed the privacy. Marco Island is the cutest! There’s great places to eat and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Just book it. You have come this far, trust me, book it. Beautiful home on the water. Great outside space, perfect for sunset barbecues. Amazing size bedrooms. Used the bikes a few times too which are very useful. Very helpful owner prior and during our stay. Will definitely be back.

My family of six, all adults, spent a week at this house and loved it. It's clean, spacious, and modern, and ideally situated on the water. The owner was prompt and helpful as needed, providing local advice on fishing, golf, restaurants, a museum and more. If I had one comment, and only one - if you plan to cook more than a couple of meals there the stove and oven are not really up to the task. The outdoor grill is new, that helps. Everything else about this property is great. We would definitely return.

Every aspect of our experience was near perfect from check-in to check-out. Our family travels quite a bit and everyone agrees that this was the best property ever! The house is clean, fresh, well-appointed and a perfect layout for a large family. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and other toys. We had everything needed for a family beach vacation. This was an ideal vacation location for our family. The property was clean and comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed the lanai, the kayaks and paddle boards, even saw dolphins in the bay. It made a good home base for our excursions and provided much fun relaxation when we just stayed "home."

We had a wonderful stay, and the home was gorgeous. Any issues that came up, Carter (the owner) was all over it and very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking.

The property is as described. A wonderful setting on the canal with lots of dolphin activity for hours of enjoyment. The beach is a short drive away with easy access through the south beach lot, the turtle lot, or a hike from tiger tail. The property owner is on top of things in a good way, and all the amenities you’ll need are readily available in the house. We even added a couple footballs to the beach toys. We found one palmetto bug upstairs and noticed some of the bathroom exhaust vents could use a vacuuming but otherwise the house was clean. I’d recommend the home and Harbor View rentals to anyone looking to stay on the island.
