About this cottage rental
Cozy three bedroom Cottage and Bunkie on Lake Joseph Muskoka.
2 hours door to door from Toronto.
Epic views from deck and dock overlooking island.
Watch the sun rise on the dock each morning.
This is NOT the busy part of Lake Joe so water sports are fantastic right off the end of the dock.
Full sun on Large Dock until 5pm, beautiful Lakefront, deep water off end of dock for diving and shallow water for wading.
Get the true Cabin feel but with the amenities of home like dishwasher, 58" TV, and internet but Heated only by the fireplace which is the way it should be and only one bathroom with shower. Also, fire pit outside.
The Bunkie sleeps another 4 and a fantastic place for the kids.
Master bedroom has King bed.
Guest bedroom has queen bed and smaller guest bedroom has a double.
The Deck and dock views are spectacular for glasses of wine and fishing off the dock. Paddle board is included.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Have stayed here before, perfect for family of 5 with private bunkie for the teens. Easy to rent boats/jet skis and keep at dock. Kitchen stocked well. Owners easy to work with. The location can't be beat..calmer waters of the lake great for skiing. Our family really loves coming here from southern California, such a treat!

Perfect place for a family vacation! Home was clean, had plenty of kitchen amenities, dock was perfect for gathering family and friends. Location on the lake was quiet and calm, superb for waterskiing and swimming. We rented a boat, jet skis and trampoline for the week at a local marina. Paddle boards and extra water toys for the boat were greatly appreciated. As we were traveling from far away, here to see family, we had a wide range of ages from 1-60 yrs and the home felt conducive to everyone. We truly appreciated the location and how easy it was for everyone to be together. The bunkhouse is a plus for teens if they want some space.
Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Our stay was fantastic! Never mind the spectacular weather and views, but the cottage was very clean and spacious! It was fully loaded from every kitchen appliance to all the dock toys for tubing Nd skiing. The beds were comfortable and the living room spacious with great access to wifi for Netflix movies etc We had a great week
