This home has a King in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the guest bedroom, and 1 Double & 1 Twin in the 3rd Bedroom + queen sofa bed. Shipyard is gated, and this townhouse is just a short distance to the beach parking within Shipyard Plantation. By biking along the leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard, guests have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

Nice views, convenient to everything in HH, townhouse is a little dated, leather couches are not comfortable (cold to sit on). We found a blood stain on one of our pillowcases and we called management about it, they apologized and offered to bring us a new pillowcase but we had already put it in the wash. That was not a pleasant find. Beach was nice, pool is convenient. I would stay in Shipyard again, but closer to the beach.

The layout was great, especially with 2 older teens. The proximity to Coligny was awesome and Shipyard, in general, is just such a nice neighborhood to stay in. The condo has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved it!

This was an amazing stay we had back in August!! We love HHI and have been visiting for years and also love staying in Shipyard. It is our favorite place to be and this location was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were very satisfied w/ our rental. Both the size and location were perfect. We loved how close the unit was to both the pool and tennis courts. We loved that it felt private on the back patio The only suggestion I would have is to have cleaning people bring some of the previous renters’ trash with them as they leave. When we arrived there was trash overflowing onto the front porch and we had to live with it until trash pick up on Tuesday. The washing machine also has trouble midway through the cycle and you have to run the spin cycle a few extra times before putting clothes in the dryer. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend and/or rent this unit again!

Overall very good
The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate. Very well equipped kitchen however the house sleeps 8 and there were not enough forks for 8 people. We had to use plastic all week. Living room and master bedroom were nicely updated, back porch area was quiet and super nice. I few minor updates would make a big impact on this property. The washing machine doesn’t properly drain so we had to manually run spin cycles after every wash. Light bulbs need to be replaced throughout. The location was great and overall it was very nice. A little TLC would just make it better.

I have been visiting HHI for over 30 yrs and now my family gets to enjoy this beautiful island. We have only stay in Shipyard and this was my first rime in this section (Tennis) the units layout was wonderful. Very spacious and bathrooms for everyone. Its a mix of updated and a little older but very functional. Two great patios, one over looking the golf course with beautiful calming views. Great for breakfast and coffee. The location is great. We love to go Coligny plaze often and it's an easy walk or bike ride and the beach is across the street from the only recommendations to the owner is make the other down stairs bedroom w/on suite a king bed. It could be used as a second master if you can't or don't like the stairs to the primary. My only negative is that the mattress are painfuly firm. Not my cup of tea. Invest in a better mattress.

Great family vacation. Townhouse was spacious and super clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us total. Rode our bikes everywhere it was just minutes from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend.

The location in Shipyard was quiet and restful, and bike paths made it easy to get around. The condo was great. The only suggestion I would make is:
Add another heating and air conditioner unit for upstairs. There was a 15 degrees difference from up stairs and down stairs.

Great location. Pool was nice. The condo was not very clean. We had to wipe out the fridge before we could use it and we washed the dishes before using them. There was dust built up on the light fixtures. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning. The beds were really comfortable which was great! We love Hilton Head and this location was close to everything.

So Amazing great location
This place was very close to the beach about 10 min walk. The tennis and pool is right across the house and it’s in a great location. Shopping and food is all walking distance and the grocery stores are close by. This place has plenty of space and I can’t wait to come back to this house in the near future :)

Just as I had hoped!
I have stayed on HHI many times-but this townhome was the best so far! The pictures are spot on and the location was perfect. No need to bring any kitchen items, they are all there including a muffin tin. I will book again for sure.
