Located in Kachina Village, this lovely condo for $289 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Boho-Tel! A perfect spot nestled away and fully immersed in the pines, giving travellers tranquility, relaxation, and privacy. Located minutes from NAU and historic downtown Flagstaff. Easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, and much more. This cozy home-base has a cabin feel and includes two private bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen+dining room, living area, washer+dryer. Common outdoor spaces include hot tub, fire pit, and patio with grill and hammock. Utilize the Tesla charger to always wake up to a full charge. A 3 minute walk and you're on beautiful trails for hiking and biking. We've tried to think of everything and anything our guests may need, whether you are staying the night, or for the month! We've remodeled our private space to cater to your needs, and put a modern spin on it. Our goal is to create an environment where all can feel welcome and at home. We've repurposed quality items that we've found locally, here in Flagstaff. We are proud supporters of our local businesses and use "green" cleaning when our guests depart. Guests can utilize the full kitchen which includes a full sized refrigerator, oven, gas-stove, and cooking utensils, all within the unit. We also have a large collection of board games available to our guests. We happen to be big board game enthusiasts and love to share the enjoyment of board games with anybody willing to play! But, we just ask our guests to take care of the games for others to play. The space is down a couple flights of stairs, so please be aware of this prior to booking. During your stay, you'll have access to a private outdoor seating area, exclusive to our guests. You'll also have complete private access to all indoor space including both bedrooms one with a king bed and one a queen, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, as well as a living area equipped with a 4K Smart TV w/ full cable channels, and our highly comfortable queen and twin pull-out sofas (with supplied sheets and blankets). Please note common areas: The outdoor gas fire pit, hot tub, and grill+patio area are all common areas to both our family and our other guests. Please be respectful and considerate of each other's use of these common areas. NOTE HOT TUB ACCESS RULES: To promote a fair use of the hot tub, we have set a time slot for this unit to be from 8 PM - 10 PM. Please be respectful of these times, thank you.

Great little place to stay!! The kitchen could use a few more items (like pot lids, a bigger skillet, and sharper cooking knives), so if you're planning on cooking most of the meals there yourself, you might bring your most important cookware with you. But overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Great base for Flagstaff and surrounds
This is a really nice space with access to beautiful walking trails and easy driving access to Flagstaff and the surrounding area. Perfect for our family of 4.

Great place!
The unit was great! It was clean, the kitchen had a decent amount of kitchen ware, the decor was so cute. They had information on things to do, restaurants, hiking... printed and available. The hot tub was really nice, although a little foggy. We added chlorine and was all good! We didn’t use the patio or bonfire, but they looked really nice! Having laundry was a huge plus. The family was super nice. We also forgot a hat there and Andrew was nice enough hold onto it for us to pick up on our way through town a few days later.

Living amongst the pines
Loved our Christmas stay among the pines. The apartment actually felt like a home with high ceilings, spacious, and clean. Great place to stay if you want a relaxing place among the pines. Drive to Flagstaff is very short.

Cool Pines
Great place to get away from the heat in the Valley or just get away. Not too far from town but in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of local trails and easy driving to all points in Northern Arizona like Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Great escape to the cool pines
Property was well taken care of with many amenities included. Great overall layout. Plenty of room in the apartment. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. No DVD player, but access to Netflix and Cable on the TV. Host was available and quick to respond.

Jill and Andrew reached out to us right away and then again before our stay. The place was spacious and well furnitured including outside patio set to enjoy. Loved being in the forest and close to Flastaff too.

A very nice mountain get-away
The property is a nice add on below the original home's deck with nice privacy and access to the woods so our child could play. The property is in like new condition and very clean. The owners are very nice as well. We would definitely choose this location again. Thanks!

Getaway from Heat
We enjoyed our time in this beautiful area. We live in southern Arizona and the heat was bothering us. A few hours north and the cool pine smell and nights was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay. We have friends that own a home in forest highlands. There was an easy 5 minute trail leading us to their location. The location was a short drive into town and we enjoyed the many hiking trails that surrounded
us. The home is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hidden Flagstaff Gem
So glad my family and I booked this house. It's spacious, quiet and well appointed. The host was always in contact with me. My only regret: Our travel plans did not allow us to say longer. Will come back!

Wonderful location!
We plant a trip to Flagstaff, And planned on staying in town. But when I saw this listing, I was intrigued. So glad we stayed here! The place was quite spacious for us three. The best part is sitting on the patio with a view and enjoying the fragrant pine trees. Highly recommend!

The property was extremely cozy. I loved the easy access to a wonderful view as well. All the features worked wonderfully. Andrew was easy to talk with and work with as well. Would give it a 10 out of 5 if that was mathematically possible.

Magical little weekend
My friend and I decided to drive up from phoenix to ski at snowbowl. This was the perfect little retreat to relax at night that felt like home. Very spacious and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was ideal when going to downtown flag, snowbowl, and also sedona. Very clean and great views. I can’t wait to come again!

Very comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning, however; there was something on the front of the toilet and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.
