The home is located on a quiet street, on the North End of Tybee Island. The garden stairway leads from the driveway to the front entrance of the home. Guests are greeted by a grand multi-level front porch that leads into the foyer with high ceilings and natural light from the vaulted ceilings and tall windows. The sitting room is a great room to gather with friends. The oversized chairs create a casual ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind and appreciate the attention to detail in the space. Enjoy music throughout the home with the whole-home sound system. Control the sound from every room with built-in wall controls. Just past the sitting room is the dining room. Enjoy family meals and entertaining in this lavish space that seats up to 10 people. What better way to entertain, than to enjoy a gourmet meal, prepared in the spectacular gourmet kitchen which features a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer; dual commercial-quality ovens, and a six-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet. The gourmet kitchen center island makes meal prep a dream - right in the middle of the kitchen. There is a third area designed to be a specialty coffee bar, complete with a sink. Enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee beverage from the Nespresso machine or Keurig coffee maker. Gather the family in the family room with large comfortable seating and a large flat screen tv. The screened porch sits just outside the family room. Relax on the porch with access to the large backyard, accessible from the porch. There are two levels of bedroom spaces, each level has 2 bedrooms, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Just up the stunning staircase, the first level of bedrooms includes a Bedroom 1 with a King-size bed and walk-in closet, with a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds and a bonus space with Twin bed, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a beautiful all-tile walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The third-floor bedrooms include Bedroom 3, with a King-size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Bedroom 4, with a Queen bed and a Full bed, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, each shower has dual shower heads, and each water closet is complete with a bidet. This beautiful home is truly unique with every upgrade and every feature you would envision for your home away from home. There is ample parking for up to four cars. The home has in-home Wifi for guest use, and an in-home surround sound entertainment system to enjoy. There are two outdoor showers, both with hot and cold water. The outdoor entertainment includes a gas grill and corn-hole. The nearest beach access point at either end of Bay Street, either on Polk street or Byers Street. The beach access leads to the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. It had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. Quick access to the beach. The beach was quiet and we saw dolphins daily. Easy drive to downtown Tybee and less than 30 minutes to Savannah. The only concern was the lighting which constantly flickered when on.

This extremely picky, glamorous grandma was impressed and I don’t impress easily.
There were a few small things that won’t make or break anyone’s vacation:
The LED lights flicker sometimes. My husband informed me that can sometimes happen with LED lights. There is a bulb out in the double Queen bedroom bathroom and we couldn’t get the TV to work in that room and we are very technically savvy people, but we didn’t really watch any tv. We were too busy during the day and tired at the end of the night to hold our eyes open to watch tv.
There isn’t a full length mirror in any bedrooms or bathrooms except the hall bath on the main floor. Like I said earlier, only glamorous grandmas care about stuff like that!
There are a lot of stairs but you know what comes with a lot of stairs….great views!! Bring bug spray though.
This is an amazing place to stay if you’re lucky enough to book it! You will not be disappointed!

The property is nice and clean and in a neighborhood vibe. Nice place to unwind and have a peaceful time with family and friends. could not view the tv's due to none of having smart phones, etc. The oven was malfunctioning and did notify staff of same. Beautiful home.

The kitchen was amazing. Great laundry room. We had 8 adults and 3 children. using the queen blow up mattress we had plenty of room. Loved that there were 2 sitting areas. Would love to return again!

2. Access to the beach is a decent walk away, as you can't access right across the street. We had two small children, so it didn't work out well for us. The beach also faces a ship channel, so isn't the best place to swim.
3. Check out is fairly early, 10am.
4. No great grocery stores on Tybee, best to stop in Savannah on your way in.
5. We had extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases.
6. Bedrooms are on second and third floor. If you have anyone with mobility issues, this could be challenging.

Great House Horrible WiFI
Gorgeous home w/ a great a layout and full kitchen. Close 10 min walk to the beach. Only downside to the home is it does not have cable only Roku and Sling TV and the WiFi is not good at all. We tried watching the NBA Finals and it was horrible, going in and out. We had to go to a local sketchy bar to watch it for 2 nights.

We wanted to escape for a couple of days to enjoy the extended holiday at the beach. This house was amazing! Clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to accomplish our chilled out days at the beach. We will be back!

Great House On Tybee Island
This house has four spacious comfortable bedrooms, perfect for our group of four retired couples who like to vacation together. We also like to cook together, and the gourmet kitchen served our needs very nicely. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities...very nicely decorated and everything first class.

Holiday Retreat
My family of 5 enjoyed a relaxing few days here between Christmas and New Years. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house is gorgeous and very spacious. You could easily have a very large group with plenty of space. They even provided a few Christmas decorations. There were a couple of cons: some of the mattresses are in need of replacing (the linens, pillows etc. were great) and the Wifi is VERY spotty. Since there is no cable or satellite system, you have to rely on the Wifi to watch television with the Sling/Roku apps. Notwithstanding those couple of things, I would highly recommend this property.
