Host was great, very communicative. Unit was on the ground floor so easy to get in and out with luggage. Aircon was strong, bed was comfy.
Air got very stuffy when we weren't there. Location is a bit out of the way if you're visiting for the main tourist attractions.

Bonito estudio en Venecia, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Fácil acceso y anfitrión muy atento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. La ubicación es perfecta, tranquila y a 8 min de la parada para del Vaporetto, que te trae y lleva del aeropuerto ( o te lleva a Murano/Burano ). Hay un establecimiento para dejar las mochilas muy barato en los alrededores. En definitiva, muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda.

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos et la chambre est très belle, agréable et chaleureuse : on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée.
La literie est confortable.
Les petites attentions, comme le café, le thé et les biscottes, sont très appréciables.
L’emplacement est idéal, dans une rue calme tout en étant à proximité des transports : seulement 5 minutes à pied de la ligne permettant de rejoindre l’aéroport ainsi que Murano et Burano.
Au vu du prix de la chambre, nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier d’un service de consigne pour les bagages le dernier jour, idéalement gratuitement ou à un tarif préférentiel. Le tarif proposé étant similaire, voire supérieur, à celui des consignes situées à proximité de l’immeuble, cela aurait été un vrai plus de pouvoir laisser nos bagages directement sur place.

the room was close to the Vaporetto boat which brings people from the airport
A welcome without money would have been nice. had to text for 15 mins & then make a payment to be allowed in to leave our luggage. All seemed set out to make more money, with minimal in room coffee tea & all communication remotely.
