It was a perfect location and the staff were great. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were.
It was very small room and we had to ask for toilet paper frequently as they were small rolls and emptied quickly with 3 resharing a room.

The best thing about this property is the location. There are shops & restaurants nearby & it's only a short walk to Rialto Bridge. There's also a vaporetto station nearby to Murano & Burano & the stop to the railway station is only a 4 min. walk. It's a very safe & convenient area.
Also, I love that there's a water dispenser 24/7. It really helped a lot. And they offer luggage storage after check-out & that's really lovely. So thank you so much!
I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room as it felt a little bit suffocating. There's not much space to move around. I guess it's because of the layout. Another issue is the AC. For some reason, it did not seem like it could be regulated. Even if I kept increasing the temp., it kept blowing very cold air that I was freezing in the night. I could not turn it off at the same time as it would then be too hot. Yeah, it was quite the dilemma.😩
