We had a great stay! Venice can be notoriously difficult to navigate as a foreigner, and these hosts did everything possible so ensure we made it to their location safe and sound! We were only there for one night, but we had a large room with large comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and lovely view onto a quiet side street. The hosts were amazing, greeting us with cold water upon our arrival, and made sure everything was good for us during our stay. Cannot recommend enough; I will definitely be returning!

AC during the hot days was very nice. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space.
Little out of the way and had to wind through lots of alleys to get to the entrance. Not the end of the world but a little challenging to navigate. No breakfast but it wasn’t advertised so not a surprise

Owners were nice and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp but not so good face to face, which was fine. Bed and pillows very comfortable, so I slept well. Much needed aircon was very good. Good location, easy to get everywhere.
Very basic spartan room that didn't really look like the pictures on booking.com. No comfortable chair to sit on. One tiny table and 2 hardbacked chairs, but with huge wardrobes. Space could have been organised a lot better to make the most of the large room.
Much of the bathrom tiling grouting was black and needed a good thorough clean. Boiler in my bathroom fired up loudly everytime anyone in the apartment block used the hot water!
Sink plug couldn't be released when I wanted to drain the sink water, but when I let the owners know, it was fixed straight away. Before it was fixed I had to clean my teeth in the shower!!
The 'view' identified in the property's description was either looking down on a neighbour's courtyard or looking on to a back street. Not what I was expecting to be honest.
A small fridge, TV and coffee maker would have really improved this room.
Would I recommend this apartment? No, sorry. I was very disappointed.
