Nice and pleasant personal, good breakfast, help with transport and ordering a taxi for reasonable price.
There was an issue with a sink. Couldnt use it for a few days while they fixed it. Its ok, they tried to solve the problem as soon as possible.

We got there really late, it was just outside the baporate station. Staffs were friendly and break fast was nice.
Quite small. Is ok if u not planning to stay too long.

The property is located on the lagoon on the north of the island in front of a vaporetto station. It is wonderfully located and quiet. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and friendly and so helpful. Our room overlooked the lagoon so it was amazing to wake up to and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We would certainly stay here again.
It felt a bit dated and run down. However, for us this added to its charm.
