Overall this was a great place to stay for our family gathering and we had a great time here.

We liked the location and the spaciousness of the house and the outdoor area. It had a lot of interesting art and it was fun to have a pool table and a swimming pool. We also liked being able to walk across the road and hike a path around the Wyndham Resort complex. Almost everything you needed to have a fun weekend was there.

Since this was an old house it needed a lot of maintenance. The sliding doors did not work properly and you could only open one partially, to get out onto the patio. The lighting was very poor especially in the kitchen. The light fixtures were so dim we had a hard time seeing well enough to cook dinner and clean up. The lighting in the pool room and bedroom next to the pool room had lighting that wouldn't turn off and no switches could be found to turn them off. The living room curtains were so old and stained on the outside that they were not a pretty sight to look at when sitting out on the patio. And a rental before us must have had a lot of fish in the refrigerator because the refrigerator smelled very fishy when you opened it.

Unlikely to return to this site.

Had 4 nice bedrooms and 4 nice bathrooms plus a lovely pool. Except for the kitchen, general cleanliness was good. A good place for a large number of people, provided someone gets in there and fixes the issues.

Glass stove top was broken. Italian oven had no use manual and was dirty. No dinner knives. Sliding doors were difficult to open and close, some had cracked glass. Bakeware was in poor condition. Lights didn't work. Repair personnel did not coordinate with us as to when would be a convenient time to come to fix the electrical problems. Open wires were left in the pool area. The curtains in the dining area were completely off their track. The refrigerator freezer would not stay shut so the "open" alarm kept going off. While basically a nice house, this site needs to be closed until everything is put into good working order.

Very pleasant; A good value

The place was big enough for 7. The space and layout was very nice. The location was very good for shopping and near major arteries for visiting attractions. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The access road is off the beaten track, so the place feels secure. The Wifi was excellent. The kitchen was not thoughtfully outfitted with plates and bowls. Vacasa was great to allow us to add items and reimburse the cost.

The information on the garbage days was incorrect. The recycle pick up is a different day from the trash collection. When we arrived the trash containers were not empty and outside the fence. That invited a group of Javelinas to pay us a visit. There we no warnings about that. The only instruction with the house was the Wifi passcode. There are a myriad of electrical issues. The lighting needs attention. The DVD player is not connected. The place is clearly dated, but that added to the charm.

This is a beautiful old home with lovely tile floors throughout. We would love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful! The tile floors were lovely. The location was amazing with Mountain View’s and lovely sunsets. We really enjoyed the way the house had so many quirky and interesting art and furnishings. It was very comfortable and we would love to stay here again.

The outdoor furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. New chair cushions would have been nice. The pool area and barbecue need some tlc. The outdoor area is where we spent a lot of time and it just needed a bit of sprucing up. Fresh lemon and lime trees and a cute little play area for the kids was well kept.
