Perfect location for visiting our daughter in Estrada. Could walk to a mini super, if needed. Service station, grocery, Pollolandia within a couple minutes. And driving to Playa Carrillo (5-8 minutes) and to Samara (15 minutes) was easy.
Flexible room options depending on number of people that needed to stay. We used both the 1 bedroom apartment (one bed in BR and one bed in living space) and the queen room (studio space) during our two weeks. Easy parking. Even though we didn’t use the cooking/kitchen area very much, rooms had what we needed. Air conditioning and hot water was sufficient.
And Roberto was sweet, communicative, and accommodating throughout our stay, as we booked and arrived within 24 hours.
We will stay again. AC in 1BR apartment was older and louder, but we actually liked it as noise to fall asleep.

Quiet neighborhood, 5 min. Driving to the beach. Good Road.
Beds are very Hard and not confortable, no blankets were Provided. No cooking facilites available. Entrance very narrow and steep if you have a 4x4.. All in all a basic accomodation but for what it offers was too expensive!
