Location is very convenient to old town. The room is a good size and aircon worked great.
There was a smell coming out of the drain, probably why they had a cover over it but also the cover stopped the shower from draining and drying. Needs a little bit of maintenance for example the shower and balcony door.

Everything it was such a beautiful home, very comfortable and the family was very helpful and kind.
The neighborhood rooters, lol it was fine but if I had to pick something the 4 am neighborhood wake up call was tiring after the 3rd day lol

The location was amazing - only a short walk to the old town. It was quiet and comfortable.

Just ok, not the usual homestay experience in Vietnam. Quite impersonal and a bit like a flat business. Get in get out vibe but clean, aircon works well and a good location. Also no breakfast even though I paid and when I asked I was just ignored.
