Excellent stay and would return

Everything - hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely facilities. The room is spacious and the pool is nice and not crowded.

Great central hotel in Siem Reap

Central location. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely pool and rooftop bar. Mr Wa is one of their Tuktuk drivers: excellent, careful, kind.

Perfect hotel close to Angkor Wat

Staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly Phea. The decoration is amazing, the tranquility of paintings, statues and several ambiances goes perfect with the whole Angkor vibe. Rooms are generous, bathroom is great, good shower pressure and constant temperature. Amazing Spa facilities and a good pool to freshen up after visiting Angkor.

Maybe add a closed wardrobe.

Superb

The room is clean and comfy and it's close to city centre but not too close to Pub street that we can avoid the noise from Pub Street at night. And staff are exceptionally helpful and tried their best to fulfil our request. Much appreciated 👍

Facilities close quite early at 10pm including the pool side bar and room service.

A beautiful oasis in the centre of the city

A beautiful property in the city centre, with a great breakfast, great location, friendly and attentive staff, lovely balconies, and well-appointed rooms.

It doesn't have a gym, which would have been a nice bonus.

The perfect stay in Siem Reap

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was wonderful from the breakfasts to the staff and our amazing suite. The location was fantastic, the pool was gorgeous and the design was beautiful. We stayed there during my birthday and the staff not only left flowers in our room but found me at breakfast, brought out a cake with my name on it and sang happy birthday! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Turndown service was probably unnecessary and sometimes came at inconvenient times. However the staff were super accommodating and always came back at a new time we suggested. This isn't a con at all and as mentioned we loved our stay here.

Outstanding hidden gem in the center of Siem Reap with outstanding service and delicate design!

People were so friendly - rarely experienced it on such a level! great design, good food, outstanding service!!

Airport Transfer was rather on the expensive side with 24$ for 15 minutes.

Pleasant

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast was good.

On arrival I was told that the category of room I had reserved was not available, this is not acceptable. The decoration of the hotel & rooms was rather dull. They tried to use natural materials but it was drab, no colour, no flowers anywhere. The attitude of the General Manager was far from appropriate. She was very unfriendly, unsympathetic when you had a problem and generally rude. Other customers staying at the same time as me made the same refection on her behaviour. Astonishingly, there was a dog running around the Seed restaurant one day, not acceptable for a hotel of this category. He was also lying in the middle of the reception at times. I later learnt that this was the General Managers dog.

Best Place to Stay in Siem Reap!

The breakfast was wonderful! There were many choices of fresh food to select. The service was quick, the portions large and it was lovely to sit on the patio. Can't think of a better way to start the day! The hotel is perfectly situated for walking everywhere we wanted to go in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated but the kindness of the staff members is what really made our stay so special. I wish I could live at the Treeline Urban Resort.

My son wished there was an exercise facility.

Beautifully designed and comfortable !

Very nice hotel with beautiful decoration and design! Attentive staff and central location, nice choice of restaurants around as well as in the hotel. We loved our stay and the bed is one of the most comfortable one we slept in. Nice sustainable choices and details (e.g. yoga mat available in the room)

Almost nothing ! Maybe the possibility to have a drink outside in the evening as the restaurants of the hotel close relatively soon (10.30). We asked for two glasses of Prosecco on NYE and that was not possible which is a bit sad for such a beautiful hotel / standing. Else, nothing to say, we would recommend for sure !

the staff was very friendly and the rooms are great. staff was very helpful

woken up around 7 am by staff greeting guests with “good morning” . again, the staff was great and super friendly but you don’t want to be waken up by good morning greetings. moreover, breakfast was a bit small and they would not allow to have a second order or choose 2 options from the menu.

Perfect oasis, will definitely return

This property is absolutely stunning. The modern, thoughtful decor, complete with beautiful plant life really makes this place feel like an oasis. The staff are incredibly helpful, speak wonderful english, remember you and treat you wonderfully. We were so pleased with our stay, we can't wait to come again. The room itself was plenty spacious, even with a rollaway bed set up. The team has thought of everything in terms of set-up and design, so you don't feel like you're living out of a suitcase. There's plenty of storage and seating to really be comfortable. The terrace is a wonderful bonus. All the fixtures are of the highest quality and everything feels fresh and incredible well maintained. The pool is the perfect temperature, with a great menu of food/drink to enjoy poolside. The setting for the pool also makes it the perfect place to relax after lots of walking at the temples. Great size, plenty of shade and recliner options. One of the highlights for us, for sure. The location is perfect, lots of local food options nearby, while also easy wandering to the more touristy/busy areas. The calm of the general area makes the location feel even better. Very easy to get a tuk tuk or go for a stroll. We can't wait for our next stay and wish all our hotel stays were as good as this one!

We don't have a single complaint. Wonderful stay all around!

Excellent boutique hotel

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Rooms are spacious and comfy, Staff was very friendly and helped get in contact with a tour operator for the Angkor Wat visit the following morning. For our (very) early wakeup we had a good lunch box. The hotel is modern and clean, nicely decorated. The night market and Pub street district is within a 10 min walk.
