A welcoming,l and easily accessible hotel after 2 days travelling. Great room, restaurant was godd and staff friendly.

Was best hotel, was very clean.
There was nothing which i didn't like but we were pleasing to staff to gave us brush and paste but they wasn't answering. We called three times then receptionist told me to come downstairs to collect.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great insulation, no noise, comfortable parking, good gym.
Access to the gym ends at 8pm. Would have loved to train later than that. Floor in breakfast area was sticky, some mattresses were really hard.

Pool and sauna
That even though we booked through booking.com and answered their emails where they asked us what beds we required in the rooms we paid for- our rooms were not ready and they did not know what beds we wanted? When I’d booked the required beds and answered the email which double checked.
We waited around 45mins in reception with 3 children for the rooms to be made up and did not get the rooms we paid for
And
At breakfast we were told we were not down for breakfast when we had paid for this, this was embarrassing and worrying.
