The Check-in instructions were emailed a few days before our arrival which made the process seamless. The apartment seemed too good to be true but lived up to our expectations and beyond. The location was a stones throw from the strip and beach, just perfect.

Perfect
Great location literally right in the centre of the town , two minutes to the beautiful beach. Great bars and some outstanding restaurants. You can either eat and drink, cheap and cheerfully or dpend thst little bit more fir lovely neals out. Lots of places to walk to, would definitely recommend taking the water taxi from the old town to porta calero for a delicious breakfast overlooking the harbour.
The old town is lovely to walk around at night lovely fish restaurants.
Views are amazing sunsets to die for.
Only one thing I would mention as I like yo be honest in.my reviews is that it can be quite noisy at night, but if you like being were the fun is a perfect spot. Stayed 20th November 2023 for 10 nights. Already looking to book again next year

The apartment is just like the pictures. It has everything you need although we only found thevironing board on our last day. It was in a hidden cupboard 😆 .
Location fantastic. Loved our time on the terrace watching the world go by and listening to the waves.

Lovely clean modern apartment with all required for a self catering holiday. Near new supermarket which was cheap and good quality food. Location ideal for bars and restaurants and beach just across the road. Nice pool but could do with more comfortable sunbeds. Always got a bed and pool was nice and quite most of the day. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Apartment was very nice great location lovely views of sea front and mountains, loads of windows to open for a lovely breeze when hot and fans so no air con needed, everything you needed to cook if you wanted to beds were comfortable towels for the beach so needn’t of taken any tea towels and cleaning equipment to use,nice pool area with beds and friendly holiday makers. Was expecting a lit of noise from the bars but was pleasantly surprised with shutters didn’t as didn’t hear a thing would definitely recommend and would stay again if coming out to this area lot of restaurants,shops,supermarkets chemists and Beautiful beaches feeding the fish is a must sun beds and brolly £10.50 all day thank you very much I enjoyed my stay.

Très belle vue, central
Très central en ville avec toutes les commodités et la plage juste en bas. Vue à couper le souffle. Très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou l'apéritif. Manque quelques condiments exemple sel, sucre, huile d'olive. Bruyant certains soirs entre 22h et minuit à cause d'un bar sous l'appartement qui mettait la musique tres fort.

Wow Fantastic Luxury 2 Bed Apartment
Just returned after a fantastic 1 week stay at this luxurious apartment that has so much room. 180 panoramic Breathtaking sea view you will not get any better. Has everything you need including all the English channels and movies in a unique snug room. Location is excellent on the front with all the top restaurants and bars. If I had to give this great place any negative would be the pool is a Tad cold but this is common in all the other accommodations without heated pools. Rancho Texas is a great visit only 4 euros in a taxi so don’t bother with the free transport. Airport only 13 Euros plus tip which I gave 20. Mini golf worth a visit at the shopping centre Jurassic Roof Top has top shops such as Zara. You will not go wrong in Puerto Del Carmen fantastic stay and will be back. Thanks Dean

breathtaking Frontlinie 2-room-flat in the middle of a PUB
They should have mentioned in the ad that the flat is close to a pub. Noisy music until 2 o‘clock in the morning (except Monday). Not only the music. The DJ with his annoying comments. We had expected something different with this rental rate. If you would like to sleep before 2 o’clock in the morning I would recommend something different.

Die Wohnung ist real noch schöner als mit Bildern zu zeigen, der Ausblick ist absolut toll, wir haben es genossen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein zu trinken oder morgens mit einem Kaffee und Croissant welches in direkter Nähe gibt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küche (Spülmaschine) Kühl/Gefrier Kombination Bad mit Waschmaschine, zwei Schlafzimmer mit total gemütlichen Betten... wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen....

Sehr geräumiges und schönes Apartment mit tollen Meerblick. Allerdings ist schräg davor ein Pub mit Livemusik in voller Lautstärke ab 22 Uhr, so dass schlafen erst ab den früheren Morgenstunden möglich war!

Très bel appartement avec terrasse et salon d’hiver (si nous pouvons appeler ça hiver ;-).
La plage est à quelques mètres tout comme les bars et restaurants. La literie est ultra confortable et les lieux très propres et bien équipés. Nous recommandons vivement !

Gorgeous apartment with the best views
After having to cancel on numerous occasions duevto covid, we eventually got to stay. Dean who manages the property was great helping us out with rearranging, many thanks.
The views are some of the best from any apartment we've ever stayed in.
The apartment has everything you need.
Situated In the centre of the resort with access to all it has to offer, yes some noise but nothing unusual about that given its prime location.
Cleaned and presented to a high standard
We re-booked so no better recommendations than that.

Very enjoyable stay
This a great property in an ideal location. The views from the balcony looking over the beach were fantastic.
There were 2 adults and 2 grown up children in our party. There was plenty of space with the little chill out room as we called it a great addition.
2 min walk to the beach and supermarket was ideal. The fifty or so steps although not ideal for everyone helped keep the weight gain from eating in all the lovely restaurants to a minimum. There is a slightly longer route up to the apartment which avoids the stairs.
As other reviewers have mentioned there is some noise from adjacent bars, particularly sunset beach. We found that they turned down the volume at around 11:30 after which there was no problem drifting off.
All in all highly recommended.

Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischen Blick aufs Meer
Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und gibt viel Gelegenheit sich zu entfalten. Die Ausstattung ist sauber, gepflegt und vollständig. Insbesondere sind die bequemen Betten zu nennen. Unkompliziertes Prozedere bei Übergabe und Auschecken. Insgesamt sehr angenehm.
Einziges Manko: Laufstarke DJs in den unmittelbar angrenzenden Pubs, die abends ab 2200h bis nach Mitternacht ihre Quizes oder Musikpräsentationen durchziehen und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch stören. Das Attribut "Frontline" in der Präsentation der Wohnung hätten wir besser wörtlich genommen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche komplett mit allem, was man braucht (incl. Mikro, Backofen und Spülmaschine), gemütlicher Wintergarten, überdachter Balkon, gute Betten, Bad mit Regendusche (Waschmaschine, Föhn, Bügeleisen etc.)
Für uns perfekt - abendliche Musik und Restaurantgerüche störten uns nicht.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :))

Absolutely lovely the view was stunning from the balcony, the apartment was excellent throughout everything was new,the only thing we found was the pool apparently you have to use the sun beds allocated for your apartment we didn't know this and had quite an abrupt German telling us to get off!!!!! So make sure you check the back of sunbeds for your number, other than that brilliant

My husband and I, with 2 teenage boys stayed in C10 for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year. We arrived at 1am with no problems checking-in. Dean from the management company met us at the apartment later that same morning and we’d already made the decision to re-book for next year.
The apartment wants for nothing – and for the first time we weren’t just sad to leave the island but sad to leave the apartment. Thanks to Dean and his team the apartment is immaculate and we look forward to returning in December (if not sooner).

Great apartment with wonderful view
The apartments location is perfect, a walk down the steps to the strip and 5 minutes away from the old town. Being a recent rental it is nicely fresh and has the modern amenities. There are plenty of steps up to it but this is no secret and is common in PDC. The only improvements I would make are a couple of fans (there’s no air con so we had to buy one ourselves) and a couple of small recliners to make the most of the balcony.

Room with a view
Pictures don’t lie - this is a beautifully modernized apt in a 30 yr old complex with views to die for.
As only 2nd paying guests who love our little luxuries we struck gold with the comforts. Top of the list is the bed - it’ll be missed for its comfort & the option of the 2 shower heads was also excellent. Great also to have Sky Sports. Apartment is also meters away from a great pool.
If someone has a problem with steps or likes to be in bed for 10pm - this may not be the apt for you. There are steps aplenty to get to the door and there are bars/restaurants just below, so will have the associated noises (& amazing aromas).
In time the apartment will build up a more used feel (book swap etc....got that one started)
All in all a great holiday - Dean from Management company very approachable which was great. Tks for the use
