Situated in Atlantic Beach, this attractive house for $786 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Nash Cottage radiates coastal charm and luxury with its prime location on renowned Ocean Ridge Drive. This exquisite retreat features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, offering abundant space for relaxation and entertainment. Upon entering the first floor, guests are greeted by a cozy bonus room, furnished with a plush sofa and a TV, providing an inviting spot for unwinding after a day of beach activities. Adjacent is a room with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom, perfect for accommodating guests or family members seeking privacy. The second floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, providing an ideal gathering space for friends and family with ample seating. Adjacent is the open kitchen, inviting culinary adventures with modern appliances and abundant counter space for preparing delicious meals. Also on the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom, complete with a full en-suite bath for indulgent comfort, along with a convenient half bath tucked away on this level, as well as the laundry room. The third floor unveils a haven of tranquility, with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and an en-suite bath, providing a private sanctuary. Bedrooms 4 and 5 feature en-suite toilet and sink amenities, with a shared Jack and Jill shower. Bedroom 6 offers a cozy arrangement with a twin bed and a twin trundle, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests. Just steps away from beach access, Nash Cottage promises an unforgettable coastal retreat for discerning guests seeking both luxury and relaxation. BED CONFIGURATION: 4 King Beds, 3 Twin Beds, and 1 Twin Trundle WHATS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. OTHER NOTES: Fireplace is for decoration only

Overall great house and location. The house has a “musty” smell. The door with the lock box keys is impossible to open with the keys (couldn’t get the fort knob lock to unlock). Upstairs bath that opens into the hall has a door that will not latch and a shower head that makes a loud squeal. Main floor bedroom has a shower head that sprays water all over. No instructions on how to use TVs, sound system, etc, Would have liked to use the gas fireplace, no call back from property management on how to make it work or if it was functional. Toaster has a knob that keeps falling off. Ran out of hot water quickly. Showers need to be timed well apart. Towel holders in main floor bedroom bath need to be repaired. We had fun, but it would have been nice not to deal with the items above.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Nash beach cottage! It was the perfect place to have a small family reunion. The beach house is beautifully decorated with a comfortable, relaxed feel. It has a large, well-appointed kitchen that allowed us to cook and enjoy family meals around the large dining room table. Many an evening was spent sitting on the wrap-around porch listening to the ocean waves and gazing at the stars. The house is so close to the beach that we were able to bring the kids back and forth throughout the day. We appreciated having the outdoor showers to clean off after each beach trip. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you!
