Excellent location. Very homely cottage which had plenty of character. Very good communication with host.
Only that the shower head sometmies slipped down the pole and needed pushing bakc up. The handle on the outside gate came off when closing the gate. Otherwise a really lovely stay and would highly recommend.

This was such great find. A lovely little cottage with 3 good sized bedrooms, lots of amenities and an outdoor dining space. It has an off street parking spot which is a huge plus in Bath. A 15 minute walk to a large grocery store. If you don’t want to deal with finding parking in the centre of Bath (we did not) it is a 40 minute walk to the centre of town. If you are looking for a fabulous place away from the bustle of downtown this is the place to stay.

Charming cottage within easy access of Bath attraction. Clean and well proportioned with comfortable rooms and beds, a well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge/dining area and garden seating if you fancy it.
Check in and check out process was seamless with very helpful and informative hosts.
Parking spot is a bit tricky.

Overall had an enjoyable stay. Nice touch of having some milk , tea bags, coffee etc on arrival
Unfortunately despite having clearly stated on booking that we wanted three beds for three adults and the advert stating we would have use of the entire building, I received an email 2 days before arriving stating that we needed to pay an additional £50 to have one of the beds made up! On querying this I was told it was “clearly stated” in the advert that there was a standard way of making up the beds for three guests. I felt it was ambiguous and clearly designed to make extra money while the headline price appears lower. We paid as it was too late to find somewhere else only to find that the bottom bed sheet on the large master bed didn’t even fit properly so moved when rolling over!!
The property is advertised as “ newly renovated“ but this is misleading as it shows considerable signs of wear with cracked mouldy tile in the bathroom, damp on the walls and ceilings of the bedrooms, and evidence of a previous leak around the sink.
