Was private, even though it was in close proximity to other cabins. We used both the grill and hot tub. It was close to several tourist spots and good restaurants.
Could have used a hand rail on the stairs, I have a bad knee and short legs. Need to replace upstairs sink, it is badly chipped and has a hole in it.

Short walk to Alyeska lifts. About a 10 min walk to nearest restaurant and 20 min walk to grocery. Unfortunately there is no grocery or convenience store nearby.
Having a private hot tub was awesome but it is pretty old and a lot of buttons and dials did not work.
Many light switches and lights did not work. Some electrical outlets did not function. Hot tub while functional was old with some non functional buttons and dials. Walls super thin and you can hear things throughout the entire condo

I liked the location of it close to the resort and town.
The walkway was completely crowded by overgrown bushes/branches. It was ridiculous. Need to trim that.
