Nestled in Tybee Island, this charming house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. #705 2nd Ave This family-friendly home features 2 MASTER Suites with KING Beds and their own full baths. TVs in every bedroom and the living room features a 42" Flat Wall Mounted TV. Pet-friendly (note - no fenced yard). Backyard and side yards for playing, dining and relaxing in rocking chairs and outdoor seating. Charcoal grill and fully-equipped kitchen. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. Sleeps - 9 Bedrooms - 4 Bathrooms - 3 Washer/Dryer Air Conditioning - Central Small Dog Friendly (35lbs or less) FREE WiFi Parking for - 4 Square Footage - 1750 PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $300 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach! Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. My group of old high school friends decided to celebrate everyone's 30th birthday this year, and we had a blast staying here! Had EVERYTHING we needed and was spacious enough for the whole group! 5/5 stars!!! :)

This is a great house for a visit to Tybee Island and beach! The listing was accurate and house well maintained and stocked with sheets, towels, and blankets. The washer and dryer are in a room accessible from the side porch, so don't panic when you can't find it. Lots of room inside and out and a short walk to the beach!

Nice property but not very well lit in kitchen. Not very clean nor any supplies provided to clean ourselves. Beds were very uncomfortable, all adults needed to use back massager. Check in process was very complicated and location to pick up key had wrong address. Check in person was very rude.

Overall it was a good rental. The property shows it's age. A few things could use repairs such as the ceiling vent in the bunk bed room, some of the trim to throughout the house showed decay, some damaged floor tiles. Could not figure out how to get the remotes to work in a couple of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was very roomy. There was a limited number of non breakable dishes and cups so we ended up buying paper plates, plastic cups, napkins, paper towels, etc. Close to the beach. Easy walk each day so we didn't have to pay for parking. Would consider it again if vacationing on Tybee Island.

Just a simple quick getaway. I’m starting a new job next week. My Dad has Parkinson’s Dementia and my Mom is his caregiver. We needed just a simple getaway. Haven’t seen a beach in quite some time and I love Tybee. Found this cute little place for a cute little price and it fit our timeline exactly!
Definitely an old fashion type of place so don’t expect any new amenities. Anything you need to plug in in the bedrooms is by extension cord only. TV’s in bedrooms are very tiny I just used my laptop to watch movies. Other than that it’s a great location. We still drove to the beach for convenience, we just didn’t want to walk the almost 3.5 blocks and then the long boardwalk to the beach and back. But the house is very close to a small grocery store and multiple restaurants.

It was a nice property. Perfect for 3 couples, maybe 4 if you don't mind sharing bathrooms. It was a smaller house but we spent most of our time at beach and in Savannah so was perfect for us. Would stay again for a short weekend. Would probably look for something a little bigger if bringing kids or staying longer

My family and I enjoyed our stay . It was in perfect location and short walk to the beach. It was very clean and roomy. We enjoyed the house as well as the backyard it was private. We was very pleased with our stay and will be returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The layout was perfect for us. We went as a family of 2 grandparents, 4 adults with 3 children ages 2 to 8. The kids bedroom connected to the parents bedroom which worked great for us with the 3 bathrooms.

I was surprised that this property was not cleaner upon arrival. I will say that the sheets were clean and that the beds were pretty comfortable. But I have never experienced such dirty floors in a VRBO in my entire life. They weren't just dirty they were filthy. They turned our feet completely black. They ruined our socks. You definitely need to wear shoes inside this house... The kitchen is well outfitted except the toaster doesn't work. The appliances otherwise were all in working order. But every cupboard is full of dishes and there is absolutely no place to put food. The house is decorated kind of cute for a beach house. But there are accessories and decor everywhere. I mean on every surface. This made it a little bit hard to move in for 10 days. There was no place to put your personal items because every surface in the house was cluttered. After we were there 5 days we completely lost internet and the rental company replaced the modem after 24 hours. During the day the AC in the house was comfortable but every night we were sweating and uncomfortable. After three complaints to the rental agency they finally took a seriously and on day 5 replace the thermostat in the house. So the second half of our trip we were more comfortable and better able to sleep without sweating. It would have been nice if the rental company was making sure that the thermostat was working before we got there!

Excellent location and cute house
The house was decorated very cute and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The management company was extremely responsive for any requests that we had. The toilet in the back bedroom is extremely low to the ground. The 2nd master is accessed through the bunk bed room which we were not aware of from the description. Both masters are large which is nice. Overall we had a great stay and proximity to the beach was perfect and loved the bike route. Can’t wait to come back to Tybee!

Only complaints is 2 bathroom toilets are very very low to ground, kitchen is overstocked and too many personal pictures. Beds were comfy. Very close to middle beach and IGA market. Lots of parking area-we had trailer with motorcycles 1 car, 1 truck and still had room for rented golf cart. Patio area for grilling was great—loved rockers. Outside shower was a pleasant surprise. Great artwork with bright blue that was appealing. Very clean. Thank you for a enjoyable vacation.
