About this house rental
Gorgeous scenery and brilliant turquoise waters await you! We are excited to invite you to enjoy the luxurious Jolly Turtle house. Our 2,700 sq. foot home is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home with plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably. We hope you find our home and view as relaxing as we do. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails poolside and gaze upon the beautiful turquoise water right out the back door as you take in the stunning panoramic views. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport.
Gated private home sits neatly tucked back from Queens Highway only 3 miles from Georgetown. The master suite has a king size bed with its own balcony that overlooks the ocean. The guest master suite has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, 4th bedroom has a full size bed and the 5th bedroom has a full size bed. Open concept kitchen (fully stocked with cookware and utensils) allows you to be in the kitchen while still spending time with your family/friends on the first floor. Living room and kitchen over look the beautiful waters and pool area.
Private pool with lounge chairs, patio table, bar and grill (pool toys provided). Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming out to Conch Rock where you can enjoy snorkeling. Conch Rock will provide you with sea life such as sea turtles, vibrant fish and more.

We absolutely loved our stay in Exuma! The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The home was ideal for our group of four couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, making the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and we especially appreciated having access to two cars at the house—it made exploring the island so easy and convenient. The view from the house was simply amazing, and we spent many mornings and evenings just soaking it all in. Our host, Derek, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions before our arrival and making sure we felt prepared. During our stay, the house manager, Janet, was wonderful—always available and quick to assist with anything we needed.This property truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place to enjoy Exuma with friends or family.

Amazing people, location and everything about the place. Five stars on everything. We loved the kayaks, paddle boards and pool. Already planning our next trip back.

The house itself was large enough to fit us all comfortably. The bedding and furniture was comfortable.There is about 10 feet of rocks to get step through to get to the sandy part of the ocean so that was a little tricky for older and younger people but we did and the water and ocean are wonderful beyond that.Two cars are provided but only one is useable in my opinion. One of the cars shook so bad we pulled over to see if we had a flat tire, something is definitely wrong and I did end up renting another car as we needed two but it’s still a good deal to get even one car for your vacation.Derek and Janet were super nice.

Where do I start?!? The week before we were heading down to Exuma we get an email from another property cancelling our reservation. Talk about STRESSFUL! We immediately went back online to find a place that would accommodate 10 people and came across the Jolly Turtle. We are so happy we did. Derek, the owner, was so responsive and Janet, the caretaker was so helpful in anything that we needed. The house is just like it says it in the listing. Couldn't get closer to the water without being on it. Loved that we had the use of the SUV for the week included. This made getting groceries and to other places super easy. The house is perfectly located, it was about 5-10 minutes from the center of town. There was plenty of space for 9 adults and 1 baby. The wind was going everynight, which we found out was a great thing. One night there was zero wind and the little bugs came out long enough to get some bites, but then the wind picked up after about 1/2 hour and no more bugs. Bring bug spray just in case. Anything you could want they had and if not just ask Janet. She was able to hook us up with fishing guides and tour guides. It was a great family vacation and thanks to Jolly Turtle we were able to make it happen. Thank you Derek, and Janet!
