This spacious vacation home totaling over 3,763 Sq. Ft. (1,800 square feet of living area) sits on a professionally landscaped and cared for triple lot with circular drive, and is fully updated, equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to meet the most discerning of guests. Whether you are traveling with friends or your family, you’ll appreciate the split floor plan, having the master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms. There are also private exits to the pool area from the Master Bedroom and from the guest bathroom.
You’ll appreciate a great breeze year round off the canal. Large sliding glass doors lead to an Oversized Lanai with pool bath, outdoor shower, wet bar, gas grill, flat screen HDTV, Bluetooth Stereo, outdoor refrigerator and comfortable outdoor furniture. Outdoor Features include an Oversized Heated & Screened Pool with brick pavers and a wall of sliding glass doors that can be closed between the Lanai and pool interface.
Indoors you’ll enjoy the large updated Kitchen with Newer cabinets, Light Fixtures, Garbage Disposal and Stainless Steel Appliances, as well as Vaulted Ceilings, Formal Dining area, 5 flat screen TV’s, DIRECTV, High Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Cordless Phones, Tile Flooring and 8 ceiling fans.

We arrived late in the evening and only had a quick look around. The property was very clean and well presented.The next morning, even though we had seen the pictures, the view from the pool area was amazing. We had breakfast outside every morning. The villa has everything needed for a short or long stay, good appliances, very comfortable bed, good air conditioning and ceiling fans.The outside area is fantastic with ceiling fans in the covered area. Outside fridge, tv and music system. We spent most of our time in the outside area between the huge pool and the seating area.The property is very well maintained. While we were there the pool was cleaned weekly, the grass was cut weekly and the pest control guy was round the pool area and yard. I should say we never seen any pests so the maintenance is working well.The area is very quiet, you would never guess you were in the middle of Cape Coral. The property is within a short drive of all amenities. We were lucky to see a manatee in the canal, an occasional osprey passing, daily displays of swallow tailed kites and doves.Good interaction and information from host.This is one property we hope to be able to revisit in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this home, The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was delightful. The house was close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great handled everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
