Located in Loughman, this attractive condo for $60 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Situated close to Davenport in the tranquil gated community of Terrace Ridge and set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions, theme parks, championship golf courses and amazing shopping. Also, our rates are all inclusive of utilities, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities. Our condo is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom unit. The unit has been completely renovated (Nov 2016). What you can expect at our unit: • Well Equipped Kitchen with Brand New Utensils and Appliances • Laundry room with washer and dryer • 3 Brand new TV's. Living room 55 inch TV and 2, 43 inch TV'S in the bedrooms, DVD players • Brand New Dining room with family table, seating 6 • Complimentary High speed wi-fi internet access • Master Suite with king-size bed, and Brand New Sealy Mattress walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks • Guest Bedroom comes with Brand New Beds and Mattresses • Family Bathroom with oval tub, over-head shower & dual sinks • Enjoy the afternoon sunshine on our balcony and new patio furniture • All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge. At the 4,000 square foot clubhouse at Terrace Ridge, you can choose to bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool or relax under a shaded lanai in the bubbling spa pool. The kids can enjoy themselves on the interactive water park on-site, or in the games room at the clubhouse, or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fully equipped fitness center or on the sand volleyball court. If that’s too much work – then why not relax in the lounge, and meet other guests? Was nice clean place to stay. The pool and whirlpool were outstanding. Condo needs updates and basic maintenance. Washer and dryer worked but need repairs. The exercise room was fair. Very nice people at the other condos.

My 17yo daughter and I came down to watch my son and his soccer team in the national championship. Your place was perfect. The central location allowed us to make the most of our week with shopping, a trip to the gulf, an evening at Disney Springs and a day at the pool. We felt comfortable and safe in the quiet gated community. The kitchen was equipped enough for a few meals which we prepared while we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed everything about our location. The condo was clean and neat, quiet neighborhood, balcony faces the pool so had a nice view. My husband has a bad back so the elevator to the second floor really helped! Will stay here again if available next year! Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is pretty accurate from the photos. We arrived very early in the morning so decided to go to a Disney park first. When we left Disney the traffic to arrive to the apartment was about 40 minutes(traffic’s was bumper to bumper). When we finally arrived it was raining really bad, I believe this is the reason the keypad at the gate was not working with the code I was given. I had to sit there and wait until someone else got through. Finally I’m inside, extremely tired and frustrated. The amount of dust and dirt on the master bed was so bad! The headboard is fabric and it had webs of dust and dirt we didn’t even sleep in there.The bathtub and shower floors felt slimy which lets me know that the floors are not scrubbed they maybe just spray something on them. A lot of tiny bugs and small red ants everywhere. Seen a German roach coming out of dishwasher, they have roach spray if needed. Communication was good and quick. Although I didn’t appreciate the owner telling me to call the host for my issues which said “host” lives on the same floor and knocked on the door to remind me that checkout is at 11. He clearly seen my husband taking bags to the car I was literally getting my toddler dressed for the ride back home. I remembered his voice, the host walks back to his apartment and proceeds to call me and tells me he was told I was still there, as if I didn’t remember his voice from the night prior. Said “host” is also the cleaner. HIRE a REAL cleaning company!!!

The property was beautiful and the perfect size for us. Loved the modern decor. The only issue was that there was a lot of construction going on so it took us longer than planned to get to the parks. Otherwise, it was great. Loved the balcony, very relaxing setup here.

We had a very nice stay at Marks place. Everything in working order, easily accessible, clear instructions for everything. Great location. The only drawback was the amount of road construction going on that constantly had us stuck in traffic heading to Disney. That was of no fault to the rental however. I just recommend to be aware of you’re location and add extra travel time. :)

I have not received a refund and I had to cancel due to Hurricane Ian. Roads were closed and gas was not available, they would not change my reservations to a later date or give me a credit. Under the circumstances being in a federally declared disaster area they would have taken this into consideration.

Marks, place was ok; some suggestions I’d make would be new hard surface headboard in the master bedroom. The staining, made me uncomfortable. The sink pipes in both bathrooms leaked and the ice maker didn’t work. The WiFi info provided was incorrect, but I found it on the router. Those minor adjustments would enhance future stays. Otherwise, It was as pictured.

It was in area I had not been near before but we were able to find our way around and find some delicious restaurants near by. Condo was beautiful I enjoyed the balcony in at night the beds were comfortable and clean Thank you Mark we enjoyed our stay

The local traffic was terrible. It may be all the constructions around the area or I was new to the location. The manager also forgot to send the check-in instruction, the office on site was not open. But the management is very fast to send the instruction once I contacted them. After all, it was a good stay.

The condo was great. All communication regarding our stay and arrival information was excellent. It is far enough away from Orlando yet close enough to enjoy activities in the area if you are staying more than a couple of nights. We love the area and it is very close to a Ranch we visit on our yearly trip to Orlando. We would book there again in the future. The Gilbert's
