Located in Key West, this attractive house for $805 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. OLD TOWN LOCATION... A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street. Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all! ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS... Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home. The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool. The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite. The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs. There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping. POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING... Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off. The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two. PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates. PETS... One dog is considered at this home. DISTANCES TO BEACHES... We celebrated Christmas early with our family in KW. The house was very charming and offered everything we needed for our stay.
The location was great, and we walked to everything. The beds were super comfy, and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed the little pool on the patio. It wasn't big, but it offered many hours on entertainment for us.
The house has everything we would need for our stay (sunscreen, beach towels, extra blankets, toiletries).
The property manager did an excellent job in communicating with us when the property would be ready for check in (if earlier than listed time) and she was very friendly.
We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very charming place with everything you need! Communication was outstanding, extremely clean and the furniture was all very nice. Older review about the furniture being stained is no longer valid. We would stay again.
The only improvement I would recommend is the mattresses. That’s being extremely picky.

The property was perfect, just what we needed. It was comfortable, incredibly clean, in excellent condition and well appointed. Its location is within walking distance to all the popular spots, but still very quiet and private. I would highly recommend the property to others and would love to stay there again!

This was the cutest little place and we really enjoyed our stay! It's in a great spot, not too far a walk from everything, but we decided to rent a scooter to get around and it was a game changer! There's free scooter parking on corners, including right next to the rental. It was nice to go out and come back to this house on a quiet street and relax. There were only two downsides, but they weren't major for us: First, the shower in the master bath upstairs is not enclosed, as well as open air over the main bathroom door, so it was actually freezing to try and shower in there. Open concept and looks cool, but not super functional. I just ended up using the downstairs shower the rest of the time and had no problem there. Second, we rented this place in part because of the cute little patio and heated dip pool. I wanted to get in a pool, but not be cold on cooler, windy days, so I was excited that it was heated. A little misleading, as it's set at one lukewarm temperature that's still pretty cool, so it wasn't as warm or adjustable as I thought it would be. I still got in, but did not stay in long because it was just too cold out for me. I wasn't expecting a hot tub, but definitely a bit warmer, especially for cooler days in November. To be fair though, the forecast showed higher temps than what we actually got when we arrived (super pleasant, but not quite hot enough for pool weather, but this is also coming from a Florida local). But all in all, it was a great trip!

It was our first visit to Key West and the house was absolutely perfect. It was in old town so it was quiet, except for the roosters lol but still close enough to walk to Duvall. We had so much fun and we were able to come back and relax each night. Absolutely, if we ever go to Key West again, we will stay in this home every time.

First the pictured pool was creative photography. It was 4x6 or even less. Not what we planned. The raft was bigger than the pool and we never used it. There was a smell of mold. The house manager was great and treated the house with an ionizer yo correct the problem. Otherwise location great and was comfortable.

We traveled to Key West in April of 2023 for a last minute “bucket list” trip with my older parents, my 6 year old, and my husband. We needed a place that would accommodate all of the ages various needs while still providing an authentic key west experience (a hotel or a more generic part of the city wasnt what we were looking for). And this house was amazing!!! First the location was everything - in an older, charming part of town it really had the vibe that we were looking for. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed. My young son loved playing in the small pool and we even had cocktails in the pool under the stars. My husband and I were able to walk to Duval for a date night but we also had a car for my parents who couldn’t walk too far and other than one morning parking was a breeze for us.
I think more that the above, it was the property management and concierge services that set this trip apart. We’ve traveled a lot and this property management person was the best I’ve ever worked with. Instructions were clear - he checked in with me via text to make sure we were all set and was so happy and kind. We used the concierge services for reservations and recommendations and that was so helpful and the women who worked there was very pleasant and kind as well.
I would 100% rent here again and hope we have the chance to return. Thank you to the owners and manager for helping to make this a special trip to for my family.

Really had a terrific stay in Key West, thanks in huge part to this great house in a great location. Started perfectly when we found an open parking spot right in front of the house. Never needed the car for the rest of the trip. We had a little issue at check-in, but Brian was able to handle it immediately. The house was spotless and in the perfect location for us. Loved just hanging out on the porch watching all of the passerbyers. Also really enjoyed that cocktail pool. Looked so small initially, but we ended up loving it so much that it inspired us to have a similar one at our own house. We brought two small dogs, but the house was not the most pet friendly we stayed at mainly because of no grass anywhere for them to do their business. But that seems pretty typical for Key West and we/they made it work. All in a fantastic trip and we hated to have to leave!

The house is charming, on a quiet street a 15-minute walk from the nightlife on Duval, but with a couple of little restaurants and bakeries within only a few blocks. The upstairs room and bath are spacious, while the downstairs bedroom is fine for a couple but a bit cramped for two singles. The house was immaculate with a cute little backyard and plunge pool.

The property was exactly as it was presented and described on VRBO: Adorable.
If you're taking the ferry out to Dry Tortugas National Park for the day, and it's an early depart, the departure port is just a couple of blocks and a quick walk away. The free Key West shuttle bus, the Duval Loop, has a stop a block away, and there are bicycle rentals nearby, too. A small beach, Simonton Beach, with a bar/restaurant is a quick bike ride away, and you can stop at the yummy, somewhat famous Pepe's Café for breakfast on your way there.
So the location is perfect for easy access to all the best, fun, and interesting parts of Key West. There were plenty of beach towels as well, which is a nice touch as the weather was so pretty and hot when I was there I found it hard to get out of Key West's clear, beautiful water.
You will see tourists in the FL Keys without sun block, hats, or coverups; trust me, you won't want to be that person. This rental was conveniently stocked with sunblock. Whew! Use it, as the Key West sun will fry you in minutes.
There's also a well-stocked convenience store on the same block as the house, so getting in coffee, milk, snacks, dry goods, whatever on arrival is super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfy and bright, and the pool was heated to a lovely temperature.
If I had to find things to whine about, I'd say that, for the price (considerable) of this cute wee villa, I'd hope for better toilet paper and better water pressure in the showers (there are no bath tubs).
But you're in Key West, and if you're worried about petty things like toilet paper , you're missing out on being in Paradise.

There was enough room for our party of six. We had an excellent time and everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants, sunset, and on street parking wasn’t too bad. We parked the car and forgot about it. We walked everywhere. The only thing we had a great laugh about was the pool. It is small but our teens enjoy hanging out in the pool.

Nicely decorated, warm and inviting. Brian, the property manager was very kind and responsive. Market down the block was easy to get provisions. Quick to get an Uber to anywhere or walkable if you feel up for walking. We loved eating at Marquesa and Latitudes on Sunset Key. Pool was delightful and refreshing. We loved the location being that it was quiet and not in the smack middle of the craziness but still convenient. We would stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this house! My husband and I planned a last minute trip down to Key West. I was afraid there wouldn't be anything to choose from because of the last minute timing. We were thrilled to find this house. It was just the two of us, but we like having space and comfort. This house checked every box for us. Perfectly decorated, comfortable, clean, located in easy walking distance to our favorite spots. Parking on the street was easy to find. The little backyard pool and patio were lovely with tropical landscape. We sat in the rockers on the front porch every night having cocktails before bed. We had visiting chickens in the morning which goes along with the Key West charm. This street is very quiet and the homes are all well manicured. There's even a little grocery at the top of the block, we didn't go there because we ate out, but it would come in handy for some visitors. Close to one of our favorite restaurants, Manja Manja. Easy walk to Duval for the Key West shopping, bars and restaurants. Sunsets on Mallory Square, Conch Republic, Schooner Warf Bar, Durty Harry's Bar was a blast with Tikiman Radio there. Didn't get to the butterfly garden this trip or down to the Southern Most point but for anyone visiting those are great places to go! We just love Key West and this house was so perfect for our stay this time. We hope to get it again next time we come down!! The property manager was a great communicator. We have been to Key West several times so we didn't need tips, but if you do I'm certain he wod be a great resource for you! With 2 beds and 2 baths this house would work well for 2 couples or a family as well. The kitchen was equipped with all you need if you choose to make some meals at the house and there is a grill out by the pool too. If we were staying longer we would have likely had some meals at the house but for a short trip we wanted to eat out and have more time for enjoying Key West. Last note is there is a washer and dry, which again, on a longer trip we would have used. House has everything you need!! Loved it!!! Book it!!!
