Nestled in South Venice, this attractive villa for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Vacation rental home in Englewood / South Venice, Florida. The house is literally a short walk from the beach. It was completed February 2015, and is spacious and modern with a private pool. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Room attached to Master Bedroom can be used as a nursery (the room has its own windows), it is furnished with a twin bed and a crib. The house is furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen.

The house was very clean. The only reasons it gets 4/5 stars are the water wouldn’t drain that well due to a partially clogged sink and there were a couple dim light bulbs in the master bathroom. Also the tub in the other bathroom would not drain that well due to partial clogging.

This house is great! It is a short walk to the beach, close to many of the area beaches, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is very well stocked, bedrooms spacious, private pool/patio area is an added bonus with an outdoor shower. The owners communicate back quickly and are very helpful and friendly. Great vacation house!

There was plenty of room for us, our children and theirs. The little people wore out the pool instead of us, and we enjoyed it too. Private, quiet and oh so close to a wonderful beach.

We rented the house for almost two weeks in July. We were a group of nine, and the layout of the house worked out very well for us. It is a split floor plan, with a master bedroom and bath on one side. There is a "nook" with a bed within the master, wich would be good for a baby or smaller child. We just used this room as a closet. The other side of the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One room with two single beds, one queen, and one with three singles (one is a pull-out). This makes the house very flexible for larger groups.
The outdoor and pool area was excellent, with a screen preventing bugs and debris from coming in.
In the garage there are many beach-chairs, and some other equipment. I guess this varies a bit over time, as guests leave stuff and other things wear out. Very nice to find, anyhow.
Kitchen is very well stocked, with an additional small fridge in the garage. Only thing we missed was a bigger pot when cooking pasta for nine :-) Washer and dryer was also great to have, when staying for a longer time.
The location is excellent for a relaxing vacation. You can walk to the beach in five mins. To grocery-shopping and restaurants there is a 7-8 mins drive. There is also a small but pretty natural preserve under five minutes drive from the house, we had many early evening strolls through the Manasota Scrub, and got to see many small animals, like turtles.
We did not have any issues during our stay, and can absolutely recommend this house to others!

The house and the owners were wonderful! Very short trip to the beach with amazing water and sharks teeth everywhere. The owners were very prompt with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Heidi was a great host and helped us with what we needed. It had everything we needed as far as beach chairs and towels and all the kitchen needs. The outdoor enclosed patio and pool was our favorite place to gather.

House was exceptionally well equipped with tons of dishes and silverware and all kinds of extras (immersion blender, cheese grater, etc). They even provided blue ice for the small cooler they also provided, which was great for the beach. House is set up very well for a group. I would definitely stay here again

AMAZING HOUSE! AMAZING OWNERS! At first we were like dang this is so far from where we live we may go somewhere closer next year! But, then we actually got to the house and met the owners! The house was perfect! The owners were SO nice and made sure we were settled and happy! Beach by the house is great but there are so many different beaches within 30-40 minutes so we went beach hopping and even found a lighthouse! GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

We stayed at this location for a week over the summer with my family (husband and 2 kids, 6 and 8), my parents and my grandmother. It was a great house for us. It had plenty of room for everyone. We spent days at the beach that was close by, swam in the pool and my son loved chasing lizards in the backyard. :) The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this location!
