What a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet, private little street just steps away from the beach. It is also less than a mile from a grocery store. We came for the shelling and the beach by the house was our best location by far, even better than famous Sanabel Island.
The host is perfect too. Communication with him was prompt and easy. He was flexible with us when we needed a later checkout.
The house itself is clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space for my family of seven.
Highly highly recommend this rental. Thank you

Location is key..
I chose this property by the reviews as I had never been to Fort Myers..and I chose wisely. The location can't be beat. The place was clean and quiet and had everything you needed for an amazing stay! I Hope to book again in the future!

Great location
Loved this place, very cute and beach adjacent. Missing some kitchen essentials like salt, some larger pans. And you can hear everything from the upstairs apartment, but luckily the people were super nice. Willy was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location, great amenities, reasonable pricing, and great property. The kitchen supplies where a little lacking. We could have used some bowls and larger pots and pans. Cooking for three boys presented difficulty.

We we arrived the cleaning lady was there staying in the upstairs and that is the only reason we were able to gain access to the home. That was pretty stressful. The internet password was incorrect. There were 3 trash cans on the side of the house that were overflowing with smelly trash. While we were there we had 2 bags of trash and when I took it out there were maggots crawling in the cans. Like it hadn’t been picked up in weeks. I saw the neighbors pull out their cans, so I did the same. Beds were very comfy. AC worked great. Quiet neighborhood super easy walk to water. Plenty of chairs to go to the beach with. Very clean. Could use more bath/kitchen towels. Better communication from the owner and the trash being taken care of would have got 5 stars.

A few surprises
Arrived to find the property for sale and code violation posted on the door by the City. Had to call the property owner to get the correct access code and a key to lock the side door. Those were the surprises. The inside is as shown in the photos- nice, very open inside, great appliances and very clean. Great location on a quiet residential side street about 5-10 minute easy walk to a beautiful deep beach and very Long Beach. Property owner was friendly and very responsive when contacted. He worked with us to reschedule when original plans in March 2020 had to be postponed. Other than the surprises, it was a pleasant stay.

This place was a gem. The beach is very close and is uncrowded and gorgeous. There was plenty of room for myself and four grown children. It’s in a beautiful and charming neighborhood. Restaurants are great nearby and Publix is close. We had a great time and the owner was accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolute blessing!
The owner was timely in response to questions, the property was well stocked with everything listed and then some extra.
The beach access is a short-2 minute walk, very easy!

We absolutely loved this space. All of the hot spots were a short drive. And the owner let us park are car after check out so we didn’t have to pay for parking.

Fun 3 Week Stay
5th year on the island and 1st time staying in this 1st floor comfy duplex:
• Great location (2 blocks to beach access)
• Quiet friendly neighbors
• Large combo great room/kitchen
• Comfortable beds and great room seating
• Adequate linens for 6 guests
• Adequately stocked kitchen for meal prep
• Free washer and dryer
• WiFi interruptions (owner is working with service provider to solve)

Loved our stay!
We absolutely loved our stay. With 3 small children 9,4, & 1 it was wonderful to have such a short walk to the beach. We've stayed in condos on the beach before and the walk from the beach house to the beach was no different. We were able to bring our foldable wagon this trip and it was a god send! Neighbors were very polite and welcoming! Traffic was a bit rough for the season but due to location we were able to figure out the best times to go to the north end or the south end pretty quickly and it didnt pose a problem. Within a close distance to some great restaurants if you're not willing to cook dinner! Plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, we stopped and picked up toiletries on our way but there was still plenty of soaps and toiletries on hand. The beach access is wonderful! Not crowded at all and we were able to find some beautiful shells on the mornings we made it out for low tide. We couldn't of been happier with our choice! Most definitely worth every penny spent and considering all other prices of places we checked out, it's one of the best deals we found! Will definitely be looking to book this again in our future!

Property was easy to find. Loved how close to the beach it is. No beach chairs but can rent chairs and umbrella. Great little get away.

Great value, near the beach!
My husband and I were easily able to check into the basement apartment. The king sized bed was quite comfortable, and the place could easily accommodate 2 children in the living room bunks, and another couple in the other bedroom. The bathroom was clean and updated. The kitchen was cute and well-appointed for making breakfast or lunch. The house was a short walk from the beach, not beachfront, but the second block off of the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Bring your beach towels and chairs for a fun day at the beach. We flew in and mistakenly thought that they would be provided. The Fort Meyers beach is a great beach for families. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a good location, clean and modern updates. The major problems were the linens and towels. Two of us were there 3 nights. We had 3 threadbare bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth if you could call it a wash cloth. The sheets were quite thin. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. If the towels and bedding had been better I would have given a much higher rating. It was a quiet unit.

Wonderful! We will never rent a hotel again
It was great. We had a total of 12 people 6 kids and 6 adults. We all slept comfortably. It was stocked with all the needs to get the vaca started as promised. But do plan a trip for soaps etc if you have a big party of people like we had. there was a washer and dryer that were perfect for our needs. The locals where extremely welcoming and inviting. The appliances where all new. the place was clean. I hope this is still available next year! Also literally one stop sign from the beach made watching the sun set and rise on the beach perfect.

Nice area, Great location, could be cleaner, lots of dead bugs. Looked like the place had been sprayed but dead bugs were not vacuumed up. Not very well equipped. No kettle for tea, no beach towels or chairs. other wise good.
