The hotel has an amazing location with a beautiful view of Mount Bromo, and it is conveniently located close to the Bromo viewpoint. The breakfast was also quite generous, with a good variety of choices.
the room was extremely cold and there was no heating, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially at night. The toilet and bathroom were also very dirty, and the overall level of cleanliness was not satisfactory.

The location is strategic with the view.
When I enter the room, it smells very strong with the spray. The water pressure is very low. Don’t expect to have a proper shower here.

The staff and location were the highlights of this trip for sure.
The location sits exactly opposite the volcano, giving you a perfect sunrise and sunset view without having to travel to the viewpoints
The staff were accommodating and helped me arrange transportation to my next destination which was really appreciated
The food was pretty good too at the kitchen, and breakfast was pleasant
The shower barely had hot water and low water pressure. I moved rooms and it was still like this - it was more like just under Luke warm which isn’t good when you’re at elevation, it gets very cold in Bromo and a hot shower is very much appreciated. My suggestion would be to ensure water pressure and hot water is prioritised on the next round of renovations.
The bathroom door doesn’t shut from the outside, so it’s always a little open.
The sink tap does not have any hot water
Speaking of cold, it gets really cold at nights: I slept with multiple blankets and my jacket to try and keep warm. The walls seem to have almost no insulation. My suggestion would be to invest in some low-cost electric plug in heaters for each room so you give guests an option if they want to have a warm room or not, rather than not giving them the option at all.
