About this house rental
Nestled in Belleair Beach, this attractive house for $800 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Directly on the beach, 2 story beachfront townhome. Sleeps 6. Just 10 steps to the white sandy beach. Relaxing and uncrowded neighborhood with only 5 units in our complex. 5 minute drive to Clearwater beach, Indian Rocks Beach. Lots of restaurants, putt putt golf, bike & kayak rentals, dolphin and fishing sightseeing tours. The upstairs master bedroom, upstairs loft, great room and kitchen have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The wide sandy beach is perfect for walking, shelling, building sand castles, floating, jet skiing or just relaxing. We have the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach toys & games. Our great room has an extra large sectional and 55”smart tv. Great room opens to a private patio with seating directly on beach. The extra large comfortable kitchen has dine-in window seating on the beach front. Great for entertaining or relaxing. Plenty of counter space, full size side by side refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It’s complete with all dishes, glassware, pots & pans, blender, coffee pot, toaster, as well as all kitchen utensils you need. Attached to kitchen is a walk in pantry with washer & dryer as well. There is another separate dining table that seats 4 and overlooks the beach. The spiral staircase takes you to the upstairs master bedroom and loft. You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the private balcony and bedroom. The master has king bed, chaise lounge, smart TV, dresser. Extra large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, toilet. The upstairs loft has a brand new day bed (with trundle mattress). The downstairs bedroom has a queen and 1 twin and recently remodeled bathroom. There is a pack and play for toddlers as well. Our private beach patio is the perfect place to start the morning and finish the day with a beautiful sunset. Patio table with 4 chairs and extra seating if you need. You will have a bbq grill to use near the patio. Our large heated pool is shared with only 4 other homes and is a great place to unwind or entertain. The kitchen door opens to a side porch with outdoor shower to rinse all the sand off. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels) are provided. We have 1 reserved private parking space that fits 2 cars/ suv's back to back. This home has been in our family for over 50 years and we think you will love it as much as we have. We loved our stay! The home is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and functional, and really couldn’t be closer to the beach! I think we counted 10 steps from back patio to sand! The owner was as helpful as you could hope for and great to work with. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids) which felt about the perfect size for this home. We would happily return and would also highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and the Thanksgiving week memories our family will never forget!

This property is located right on The beach with amazing views. It’s a large home with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was extremely convenient having access to the owners beach chairs and toys, we learned to play spike ball and had a blast with the kids. The kitchen was also well equipped. I highly recommend!

My sisters and I had a fabulous time at the townhouse. I chose Belleair Beach because the properties are so close to the water, the neighborhood is safe, and there are great restaurants close by. There is much less of a touristy vibe. The condo was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. This property is the closest that I have stayed to the waterline which made the cost easier to justify. It was fabulous. After dinner, we would sit on the patio, just a few meters from the water, and watch the beautiful sunset. You could hear the ocean roaring and feel the fabulous breeze. Between the patio doors and the sand was a beautiful buffer of green grass. It was so nice not to have to walk through a nasty parking garage or over a parking lot to get to the beach. The ocean was just steps away from the sliding glass doors.

This proximity of this property to the beach and water is, literally, unbeatable, and I've rented quite a few "beachfront" properties over the years. If your favorite thing is the beach, then this is the rental! It was also ideal for my husband, myself, our eldest, their spouse, and almost 2 year old, to share, as there was "their" bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor at one end of the house, and "our" bedroom and en suite bathroom on the 2nd floor at the other end of the house. Definitely gave a nice separation for nap time & sleeping. The common areas are comfortable, spacious and light.....the cathedral ceilinged living room with the loft is just lovely. It was super well stocked with pretty much everything we needed or could want........boogie boards, toys, paper goods, coffee supplies, sunscreen, etc. Watching the sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony every evening was amazing!! The A/C worked well, and the ceiling fans were a great option, allowing us to keep the A/C turned off in most of the house for much of the time. The host texted us on the first evening to check-in on our safe arrival, and to see if we had any questions, and was readily available and responsive throughout our stay for any communication. The general area was quite busy, with lot of traffic, and the beach had more people than expected, but it was late March, and at the end of spring break. The shared pool is great, also, for a quiet dip. Fantastic place! No reason to hesitate. I could go on.....

This condo could not be better situated--RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The sound of the waves was a constant symphony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted, the AC and fans worked well. The owners (I think) are improving the property bit-by-bit, and there is a new washer/dryer, fridge, and dishwasher. The spiral staircase to get upstairs was not a problem for us, but I can imagine for older folks it may be a bit tough. Clearwater is close, as is Indian Rocks. I highly recommend this condo.

The townhouse was located right on the beach just as the pictures showed. It was bigger than it seemed in the photos and that was a nice surprise. The 5 of us were very comfortable there. It was well appointed with beach games, towels, chairs and even sunscreen. There was also a welcome gift of cheese/crackers and Prosecco when we arrived as well as a few snacks. The units on either side of us had separate entrances, decks and patios. A lovely home for our family holiday!

This house sat perfectly on the beach! Just steps out the back door was the ocean. It was convenient and extremely amazing to have the private beach access! The owners were communicating to us on day 1 ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our family had a very relaxing and lovely week staying at this property!
