Overall, very good and close to the beach

Very spacious with access to kettle, microwave and washing machine. Lots of storage space for belongings or luggage - especially for long stays.

WiFi was a bit hit or miss if it would work. No YouTube/Netflix access on the TV. The only two big things I would say is that we found an ant on the last day and we have no idea where it came from. Also, there was an old plaster hanging off the bathroom door - it seemed to be attempting to block a hole in the door but I wasn’t touching it to find out.

Not worth it!

The location and the aesthetics were wonderful

The staff were horrible. All unhelpful. Every question asked was answered with an “ I don’t know. “They could not even call a taxi. Faces were surly and unpleasant. The showers door wedged on the toilet so you had to climb over the toilet and shimmy in to take a shower. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Location was amazing

Clean. Tidy. Great location. Big sized apartment. Room was big. Lots of storage space. Close to everything, especially the beach and main attractions. Free water supplied every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Bathroom facilities supplied, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Convenience store in same building. This was very useful.

Reception not very inviting. It looked very dull and boring. Staff not very inviting. Didn't feel welcomed. Elevators slow to pick you up. Apartment had a lot of cupboard space in kitchen, but nothing was in them except for a few (very limited) plates and bowls. No tea towels provided to dry dishes. No tea, coffee and sugar provided. TV channels only in Korean.

This is a decent hotel. Like an apartment. Older shabby furniture. A typical beach hotel with easy access to the seashor

It was ok when it is a low season

The location is perfect

The elevator is a disaster. There’s only 2 small elevators and imagine if the building is with full capacity,,, no chance to get in the elevator.

LOVE the location! Easy walk across the street to the beach! So easy! Nice restaurants/bars to get drinks and pub food across the street too.

HOTEL SIGNS AND PARKING! Parking was extremely difficult to find. So was the entrance to the hotel. We drove past the underground parking area about 4 times. The elevators took forever, too. Around checkout, we waited 45 min for the elevator and ended up going down the stairs instead. Didn’t want to miss checkout.

Nice Big Room with modern conveniences.

Lovely big room (more a residence than a hotel room, because it had pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, clothes washer, drying rack, huge fridge, lots of cupboards and storage space), great bathroom (especially the shower, so big and great pressure). Nice to be able to open the windows for fresh, cool air instead of using the air con all the time. The washing machine was a bonus as I got everything washed before departing for Hakata.

Check in a bit too slow, especially for a so called 4 Star hotel and with 2 reception staff, and the same for check out (which was simply leave the card key, but 5 of us paitently queued (obviously not Koreans) to hand the key to the receptionist without any further interaction (so, instead of having guests wait, put up a sign and just collect the keys). 2 Elevators were rather slow. Heating controls need proper explanation as I had my floor up high thinking it was for the hot water.

Excellent location, right by the famous beach. Well equipped room, friendly staff and a good enough gym for those that care. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much. Water pressure was a bit low, but that’s grasping at straws.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Room is lovely and clean and it was also an amazing size! The kitchen is convenient and it would be a perfect place to stay for a long stay as there is ample storage, a large fridge, a washing machine and an area to cook! We also booked a city view but were pleasantly surprised to get a room with a beautiful sea room. It was great! Staff are also very friendly.

There are only two lifts and so it can take a while to go up and down due to the volume of people. However, this isn't something that is too much of a problem, just something to remember in case you need to get somewhere quick.

the close proximity to the beach and the market was great!

The parking was not free. We first had to pay for it and then get reimbursed. The parking machine did not produce a receipt. We had to call the bank to get the authorization to get reimbursed.

great location and spacious room

quite specious and located close to the busy street of Heaudae traditional market and all other night life activities. the bed was comfortable and bathroom is big enough but toilet flushing is a negative aspect as the pipe was small so anything can clogged it. washing machine was a bonus I like it very much

We booked for 3 pax but the bath Towel only provided for 2pax, 3rd pax only have a mattress instead of proper bed
