Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean, spacious snd furnished to a high standard.
Fast free wifi and an onsite bar with outside seating to relax in the evenings.

During my trip to Tbilisi I stayed at the Best Western hotel two times due to the break that I took to visit my friend’s wedding.
The first time I arrived long before the actual check in time, however as the staff knew I was travelling the whole night without the sleep I was provided a room right when I arrived in the early morning. Unfortunately, the actual room dedicated was still occupied, however after about 10 minutes another room was ready for me. The room was organised by Nika. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you a lot!
The second time when I arrived after the wedding and was given a room I did not find it truly suitable due to some personal reasons and I asked Dimitri to provide me another room if possible even if it is going to be smaller. He did his best and provided me another room a few hours after my request. He is a very smiling and positive person. Thank you for your help with my room request!
I also would like to highlight the room service team. I saw them many times and they were always smiling and ready to help. It was a pleasure to have small chats with any of them.
Good place to stay with a good team that works there!

I was charged exorbitant rate.... I stayed for a single day as i had paid and did not know the hotel... I have stayed in Best western at quite a few places.. But this was absolute dis appointment... Especially when you are charged 125 $ for one day..... Useless
Exorbitant cost.... For 125 $ a night, the room size and all facilities were too less...
$$$$
