Location of the apartment was good. Bus stops are close by
Comfortable bad. Kitchen equipment was okay.
Loved the view from the roof top terrace.
No balcony, we were on the second floor. Not a lot of view from the apartment.
The place has a lot of potentials. Could be an awesome place with some upgrades and touch-ups.
It could use a deep cleaning, not sure if a cleaning company does it or owner. It's hard if they don't use a vacuum cleaner, just broom and wash the floors.
It was hard to operate the stove as the settings didn't show full characters of the numbers.
But regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

Er was niet verteld dat je bij langer verblijf schone handdoeken en beddengoed moest betalen.

Cómodo, tiene la playa cerca y la parada del bus a Málaga también, así se evitan atascos y problemas de aparcamiento. También se puede regresar por el paseo marítimo desde Málaga hasta el apartamento, es un paseo muy agradable que disfrutamos y por el camino se puede tomar una cervecita o un espeto en cualquiera de los chiringuitos y bares de playa.
El sistema de entrega de llaves es cómodo ya que puedes llegar a a la hora que te convenga sin problema , por ello apenas tratamos con el anfitrión pero fue amable.
No se ve el mar aunque desde la azotea, que está amueblada, si y el barrio tampoco es muy bonito.
La carta de normas del apartamento está redactada en un tono algo antipático y te hace esperar un trato que no se corresponde con la realidad.

Taras widokowy na dachu budynku. Jedyna rzecz, która mi się podobała.
Apartament , miałam wrażenie, był posprzątany BARDZO POBIEŻNIE. Podobnie z pościelą i ręcznikami. Miałam wrażenie, że ani pościel ani ręczniki nie były świeże.
Listwy przy podłogach, w całym apartamencie, zostawiają wiele do życzenia. Tak samo grzyb/pleść w dole szyby, w prysznicu.

Ist sehr nah zum Strand . Busverbindung ist super. Supermarkt 4 min zu Fuß . Nette Nachbarn im Umgebung. Málaga Stadt 15 min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Schöne Strände. Die Wohnung klein aber fein .
Die Wände sind extrem dünn. Man hört alles was im Flur abgeht . Die Nachbarn waren super laut . Mit dem Herd war auch kompliziert. Und es fehlt Kommode neben dem Bett .

Lage, der Stadtteil mit Strand ist super, tolle Dachterrasse, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe
viele Dinge defekt: Kochfeldanzeige,Kleiderschranktüren,Nachttischlampen, beschichtete Pfanne total verkratzt und rostig, Schlafsofamechanismus etc.
Kleiderschrank hat 5 Bügel und ein Fach (für 2 Personen?)
Ausstattung Küche rudimentär, Treppenhaus für kleine Menschen unter 1,9m.
Hofblick bedeutet 2,5x5m Schacht. Raucht unten jemand, kann man Fenster nicht öffnen.
Möbel der tollen Dachterrasse defekt
Die Küche war mit einem Fettfilm überzogen

Obiekt znajduje się w idealnym miejscu jest czysty okolica cicha i spokojna - jedynym problemem jest wilgoć zdjęcia, które znajdują się na booking niestety oddają to jak to wygląda lecz po znacznym retuszu ogólnie bardzo duże zawilgocenie (nawet przy otwartych oknach wilgotność to prawie 80% więc wszystkie ubrania są wilgotne już na drugi dzień piszę tylko o parterze) - brak wentylacji cały lokal mocno nadgryziony duchem czasu ściany oraz sprzęty bardzo podniszczone.

It was good that it was cheap(relatively) and a short walk to the beach. Also stores nearby, and a few restaurants.
It was big enough for two people for three nights, but maybe not longer than that.
It was quite loud. We like to sleep with the windows open but that was almost impossible. The noise from the traffic outside was just too much.
The kitchen was not very well equipped, so cooking was a bit of a challenge.
One of us liked the bed and one of us hated it because it was too firm.
The bus stop is close by but the drive into Málaga was long and stuffy. So if you’re planning on going there several days I would live somewhere closer to Málaga.

The apartament has an excellent location- 10 min walk to the beach, close to bakeries and bus stop. The buses run very often - you can reach the beautiful city center within 20 min when travelling by bus

I couldn’t pass the building door to collect the keys for the flat that are placed in a little lockers. so make sure you get front door 4 digit code followed by # . property didn’t provide the code. they list that there is an air condition at the property. but doesn’t say that if you want to use it it will be extra charge. found out about that day before the arrival. list on your description there are extra charges for the extra towels and air condition and some other things. it’s south of Spain and it’s hot. so if you list air con in your description meaning, it’s part of the reservation.

The property was very clean and it had everything you need. It had a very good location. Close to the sea.
I believe the hosts are not fair not informing people that you might get a property without windows to the outside. We have been given an apartment were all windows were to a very small courtyard, so you would see only walls, and when someone was smoking downstairs the smell would go to the apartment. It was dark and claustrophobic. I believe some people might not mind it, but we did. The host should not be hiding this from the guests. Please look at the pictures.

Location.
Several things could be improved with minimal effort or investment:
- Cleaning was very poor. After 5 minutes barefoot / with socks, our feet were black.
- Kitchenware and stove were really old and badly maintained. We gave up on cooking anything other than breakfast after the first day.
- We were charged extra for a crib (most accommodations provide it for free) but it did not have an additional mattress, only the 1cm one that comes with the travel cribs, which is very hard and uncomfortable.
- The apartment was very damp and had signs of old humidities kind of everywhere.
- Last but not least, the door knob in the main room got blocked with our baby inside and when we called to report it, we faced a very rude individual who said he could not ‘teleport’ when requested to intervene in less than half an hour from the moment we called. We managed to unblock it ourselves in the end, but it was clearly malfunctioning and never received an apology for all the stress and inconvenience.
All in all, OKish apartment for the price if you are a solo traveler or a couple but I would NEVER stay here again as a family.

The location is a plus. The beach, bus stop, and supermarkets are nearby.
From here one can reach Malaga centre in 20minutes, also there is a direct bus to Nerja from here.
The apartment is not sound proof. We stayed in the first ground floor apartment near the entrance door whenever someone enters there is a lot of noise

I really like the location, not being in the city center but sightly outside towards Palo's beach was my preferred option. As the apartment was ready a bit before my given check-in time, the host was very kind to let me check in a little bit earlier so I could rest for a couple of hours as my flight was super early. Also very good communication. I would definitely return.
My friend didn't find the sofa bed very comfortable, it lacks some support. The bed in the bedroom was fine but just slightly short for someone 1.82cm tall. Other than that, all good.

Keeping in mind the living standard in Malaga this is a well equipped apartment in a good location. Parking El Palo is 8 blocks away, the only one open at night in the area.
Advertised it had parking on the street which is technically correct. However Malaga has a massive problem and it's impossible to park in the street.
Advertised it has AC but it's not true. You need to pay extra and they only tell you if once you arrive.
Bed and pillows were terrible.
The fridge is noisy. Wasn't a problem for me but my wife had a hard time sleeping.

The apartment was clean and with good location very close to the bus stop (excellent access to Malaga city centre) and supermarkets. Also a few minutes walking to the beach. Big enough for 2 persons and quick and great assistance from the hosts.

very secure property in a perfect and very Spanish location.. Good facilities and comfy beds.
A big negative was that there was no outside space (I.e balcony/terrace). That’s something we’re not used to and we did miss it.

It was useful to have the facilities provided like a kettle, a coffee maker, kitchen utensils. The host was very helpful. It was close to the sea and public transport stops.
Some things looked a bit shabby. The bathroom tap didn’t give hot water, though the other taps worked ok. There are 3 tiny windows with the view to the wall in 2 meters from them. When people in the flat below smoked, all the smell and the smoke went up into the flat exactly. If there was a party downstairs, all the noise echoed from the walls and went to the flat intensified due to this

Good location, close to beach and local shops and cafes. Neighbourhood atmosphere, felt like living amongst the El Palo local community. Good bus service into city centre. There was a spectacular religious festival on the Saturday night of our stay, focus of the event was in the street right outside the apartment, very impressive and somewhat intriguing.
A couple of suggestions for improvement - Two keys for the apartment and a couple more towels would have been useful. At least one English speaking TV channel e.g. CNN or other news channel would be good for those of us with limited Spanish!

The apartment and building are very clean and full of daylight. Apartment is very well equipped. It is located near the local beach. There is bus station 100 meters from the apartment on the main street where you can find supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. From there you can reach the center of Malaga in 20-30 minutes. The host was very helpful at the end of our stay with instructions on where to leave the keys and he helped us by providing us the taxi driver who took us to the airport for a very fair price.
Finally we got the keys on time but I sent two messages with the request about the exact address (house number is missing on the location listed in on the website) and procedure for key collection and did not get reply at all. Finally with a help of taxi driver we recognized the facility from the booking webpage and after the phone call cleaning lady came down and gave me the keys. I had to ask for details like Wi-Fi password or how to open main door to t he building. It would be much easier if all the instructions are available in the apartment (e.g. paper with general instructions), also the city map will be of great value for tourists.
