Wonderful stay at The Salty Unicorn! The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves from the cottage. The host was very communicative and answered any questions expeditiously!

Home just as described on website, very easy to check-in. Just me & spouse in our 60's looking for a house with a hot tub, that was the main reason picked this one, also having a pool table was a bonus. The house has been remodeled beautifully, in a very nice neighborhood, in walking distance to beach access. Could hear the ocean on top deck, was very quiet, nobody in houses on either side of us. Also, very close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this property.

First trip to OBX and couldnt have picked a better vacation stay. Remodeled inside and out, just the right size for a small group, very well-appointed with all the comforts of home, just steps from Corolla Beach and a short, easy bike ride to all of Corollas markets and attractions.
