Newly renovated, spacious room, comfortable bed, balcony was a bonus. Central location near train station, very clean room.
No in person contact wit reception staff; as advertised, the apartment was on the 4. floor with no elevator.

Very comfortable room with balcony. Had everything I needed and a short walk to La Spezia Centrale station.
The balcony receives the afternoon sun so if it's a hot day you can't use the balcony.
