Breakfast was good and included. Staff were friendly and even helped haul luggage without asking for a tip. Location is walking distance to train station. Ac worked.
Power kept going out when running ac in all units and we kept having to flip back the circuit breaker. Not too surprising in Italy though.

Early check-in on request. Room appeared freshly refurbished - spacious, clean & bright. Big modern bathroom with solid rainshower & washbasin. Low city tax
No hair dryer
Stairs to room - a bit challenging with heavy 24" luggage (staff can help on check-in)
Thin white curtain only - a slightly weighted blackout curtain would be helpful

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and also the sea. Right next to it is a shopping center with a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery... the best of all is that there is a trattoria pizzeria right next door, their food is good, friendly staff. the ambience is really nice and original and the yard is the nicest, with a game lemon tree.
