It was directly middle of La Spezia so that was great and the hosts were also amazing and so kind!

Is on an excellent location, close to restaurants, stores, bus stations, train stations.
Very clean but, Needs some make over.

It was simple but clean , spacious, comfortable and in a lovely convenient location.
It was very dated.

Clean and close to the city center
- No soap in the bathroom (shared bathroom, so after toilet, you need to come back to the room the wash tour hand properly)
- No fridge (only in a locked room which we cannot use anytime)
- No glasses ( you are not able to brush your teeth or drink)
- It was a bit weird that the owner came to our room to clean and grab our bottles to the fridge, opened the windows (without ask). Im not entirely sure about these rules, but i beleive it should be ask if we need anything like this)
- If there are any hidden costs, would be good to communicate in advance OR since i paid in advance the whole by card, why not this included in the price ? it was pure luck that we had cash…. (i understand it is not entirely the mistake of the owner but it was very strange)
- No clothes horse (we needed to put our wet clothes to chairs, wardrobe, tables etc…)
