Exceptional

The location of the property is amazing, right in the center. The check-in was very easy and Alessandra was very helpful in explaining everything and giving great recommendations for the restaurants and things to do around. The room was comfortable and clean.

1st class location, hosts & communication - altogether a great place to which I hope we will return.

Really helpful hosts with exceptional communication and information about Tivoli - sites, bars, restaurants etc. Great care and attention to detail had gone into the redesign and decoration of the interior and exterior of the building, making the most of an old tower which, like the huge majority of houses in the old part of Tivoli, was relatively small. Its location is perfect for the visitor, an easy walk to everything with covered parking 200 metres away. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Very little. A very minor point, but, because it was windy, the air conditioning flue was a little noisy, but did not detract from our stay at all.

The quality of the accommodation was matched by the ‘gentilezza’ of Alessandra. I could not recommend this property mor

it was a jewel. Simply but beautifully furnished with a designer’s eye and appreciation for the integrity of the building.

So much character!

So much character in beautiful old building. The owner/designers have furnished it with such quality and elegance it could be a demonstrator property for their Architect business. Location is superb, 2 min walk to Piazza Plebiscito. Immaculately clean.

Entry is by steep stairs with tight doorways. for most this will be ok but those with large bags it will be awkward.

Everything was fine. Lovely studio at the heart of town

This was not the fault of the owners but there was loud construction work occurring in the buildings next door which we assume was only temporary.

Fantastic little place in the centre and walking distance to most things, owner was superb

There was no breakfast but the building and room was superbly decorated and very central to everything, coffee machine in the room was also a nice touch. Marco was very nice to deal with and very helpful, I wish all accommodation was this nice, such a good find!

The heating in the room didnt always come on so it was quite cold at times but the room made up for this.

Clean, nice location when you find it. Don't drive through old city town. Make sure you get good directions. Small and cozy. But very nice and comfortable.

Difficult to locate with no car access. Lots of stairs . Not suitable therefore for older people.
