A Great Experience

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week villa holiday in Cyprus. Due to our late night flight home and having to vacate the villa in the morning, we decided to book the apartment for 2 nights (so allowing us to vacate the villa and immediately start using the apartment facilities) . Due to it being the low season, we were the only visitors. It was a clean, well kept rooms. A great find for a brief period before finally going to the airport. The elderly man who resides with his daughter in the upper house was charming and took great pride in sharing his fresh fruit growing in their surrounding orchards.

Everything was super. Location is excellent and less than a 100 metres from the beach. Exceptionally clean. The owner was very friendly and polite. In fact we lost the key and had to give her a call after 23:30. She immediately responded and sorted the issue.

Would recommend and we will be going back there.

Lovely apartment and very clean. Easy walking to distance to restaurants, bakery and shop. Owners were very nice and answered any queries straight away.

It’s very near to the road but small price to pay for a beautiful view.

Great holiday flat for families with everything you need

Lots of room, two separate bedrooms, very clean and new, right over the road from a rocky beach and near a small shop and bakery. Nice little pool in the back, next to some banana trees. AC in every room, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. You can hear the waves on the terrace.

Noise was really the only problem. The road is literally in front of the window so traffic noise was fairly loud in the living room area. The bedrooms were in the back however, so with AC on, you couldn’t hear he cars at all.

fantastic location and hosts, the sunsets were spectacular and the banana plantation next the pool area was lovely. Cannot fault the place, we will return as had such a fab time.

Perfect place for a calm family holiday

Valentina's family is super friendly and helpful and sooner or later you feel like a part of the family. Their hospitality is awesome. Apartments are well situated next to the gravel beach just across the road. Argaka sandy beach with restaurant is 3mins by car. Surrounding is calm, but if you want to enjoy city life, Polis city is about 7min drive only. Close to the apartment is a bakery and several markets, in walking distance there are several restaurants. If you want a great lunch, feel free to visit a HalfWay House restaurant aprox. 300m far away from the apartment in direction to Polis. There are only three independent apartments in the house - that is really great. Our one was really spacious, super clean and greatly equipped. You can cook there, because whatever you need is there - you can prepare meals for children. There is a big garden with palm trees and a nice, clean pool. Pool is split to children area 90cm deep and adult 140cm deep. It is worth to drive 2hours from Larnaca airport to this place.

Relaxing and very enjoyable

Great Location. Very clean rooms that have all the basic necessities needed. The hosts are great and very helpful. They gave great recommendations for places to go see and eat. The location is perfect. All in all a great place to stay especially if you have children.

Amazing!!

The location is amazing, near to Polis , bakery and opposite the sea. Apartment modern and clean The middle apt ,nr 2 ,has i believe the best view ,as you open the door , you can enjoy Akamas view and the sea from the coach😀 The owners are not disturbing you and they are ready to help you in case you need something Really enjoyed everything!

Top location, next to the beach with a nice swimming pool as well. Very clean with all needed facilities available! A/C , kitchen even a washing machine. It’s safe to say it was for sure value for money!

cleaning facilities at the apartment should be in place at least every 48 hours rather than the initial one as per Covid

very well maintained with swimming pool and great view of the sunset from the balcony

Really nice apartment 😉

Great apartment ,Polis 10 mins away ( hence car needed) 2 really nice restaurants nearby ,need car to explore area and good supermarket ,Agaka had mini market and bakery ( over road) beach 2 km on left -Santa Barbara ( rocky but nice bar and facilities )

Nothing to dislike,but a car is necessary.

Superb

Hostess was really helpful with all the questions I had and fast in response. The apartment was clean and spacious. There are couple of mini markets and a bakery nearby and a few restaurants with a few minutes walk. Beach is across the street.

A fabulous garden with a small banana palm tree forest & swimming pool

I stayed there for 3 days & I already miss this place. Amazing owners who are super friendly - it was sweet to talk to them. Lovely swimming pool surrounded by huge palm trees & a small banana trees plantation. Brilliant surroundings- a view on the mountains in the background. A beach on the other side of the road. A quiet place to have a rest away from people. Very high standard & nice interior, decent furnitures inside. I wish you, lovely owners, all the best - see you again one day :-)

What I don’t like is that I already want to come back so badly :-(

Cozy holiday home next to the see

We’ve spent 10 wonderful days in this apartment with my husband and three kids. The territory is very nice and pretty, lots of banana and lemon trees, Good space to play for kids in the shadow. The apartments are well equipped with all necessary things, everything is new, like bath and kitchen towels, bed linen look like just arrived from the store. The hosts are extremely nice. They are always somewhere near and ready to meet any request. Special thanks for the fresh fruits🌷🌷

Very modern and recently build facilities. Good looking swimming pool but unfortunately we were there in the winter and didn't try it. Very clean. Pleasant stay.
