В цьому готелі було прекрасно все! Обслуговування: (особливо дякуємо чоловіку на рецепції), всі ввічливі, привітні, раді допомогти, питають звідки ви. Під час обіду тарілки прибирають одразу, наливають воду.
Номери: просторі, чисті, прибирають щодня, змінюють рушники та застеляють постіль. Нам попався номер з басейном (або можливо навмисно дали його), тому що при бронюванні цього не було вказано, ми не знали, що матимемо приватний басейн (саме заради басейну я бронювала інший готель ще на 3 дні😭. Якби знала, лишилися би тут довше, адже ваш готель найкращий з усіх, де я була раніше!)
Харчування чудове, сніданки, обіди, вечеря, la carta. Все відмінно, єдине, можливо хотілося би більше морепродуктів. Хоча на кожен обід була риба або кальмари, чекали ще суші (можливо ми не попали на день, коли їх подають), але це не проблема. Також були перекуси з 11:00 по 16:00, ми в них не потребувалися, але в передостанній день пішли дізнатися що там подають, як виявилось зовсім не закуски, а повноцінна їжа (бургери, піца, салати), це супер! Також з 16 по 17 здається, подавали на пляжі млинці. Напої всі включено, дуже смачні коктейлі, не сильно алкогольні.
Готель новий, зі свіжим ремонтом, чудовими просторими номерами, чистим басейном. Гості переважно іноземці французи, італійці, німці (українцям це важливо, якщо ви розумієте про що я 😁). Ми були в захваті та задоволені на 100%. Якщо полетимо в Закінтос ще раз, обов’язково повернемося. Дякуємо за привітність та бажаю процвітання!

Disappointing Experience – Not What You Would Expect from an All-Inclusive Luxury Hotel
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt underwhelming and certainly not what we expected from a hotel presenting itself as a luxury, all-inclusive property.
The welcome at reception was very basic. There was no refreshment offered on arrival, no concierge or member of staff available to help with our suitcases, and no genuine effort to make us feel welcomed after our journey. Nobody even asked how our flight was or how our journey to the hotel had been. We had to wheel our own luggage to the room in the heat, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel positioning itself as a luxury property.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the “all-inclusive” concept.
The hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, but in reality, the drinks offering was extremely limited. The only alcoholic drinks included were local, unbranded spirits, and they tasted extremely diluted and weak. You could barely taste any alcohol at all.
If you wanted better-quality drinks or certain cocktails, you had to pay extra. Cocktails such as the Negroni, Apple Spritz and other premium cocktails were not included. Even coffee was inconsistent, with some coffees included and others requiring an additional charge.
For an all-inclusive hotel, I would expect at least a reasonable selection of branded or premium alcoholic drinks, particularly considering the price of the stay. Instead, it felt more like a very basic drinks package.
Another major disappointment was the lack of unlimited bottled water. Sparkling water was not included, and you would only receive one bottle of still water in the room when it was cleaned. If you wanted more, you had to go to the water dispensers and fill your bottle yourself using the water coolers. This is not what I would expect from an all-inclusive luxury hotel, where unlimited still and sparkling water should be a basic offering.
