Very large and comfortable suite with large balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. Very nice staff, helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast buffet but start at 8h30 am. They even made lunch box one day as we had to leave earlier. Clean rooms.
Too loud area, our mistake, we should have better inquired about the area. Laganas is well suited for party style vacations. We actually spent our days in Alykes and Alykanas area, quiet and nice crystal clear beaches. Pillows are very soft and not enough (could add 1 more by bed). Could add a coffee machine (Nespresso style) in the room for early birds needing their coffee early.

Great, everything was perfect—excellent service. Close to the sea. Delicious food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Towels in the room are changed every two days. The floors are mopped daily. Close to all the shops. An ideal location for a pleasant vacation.

The view and proximity to the beach.
It was hard to find parking (on the street)
The breakfast was poor in both quality and quantity
The sunbeds on the beach were not included in the price of the room
The room was a bit dirty and low quality - floors full of sand, the bathroom fixtures were a bit rusty, old, or partially broken
There was no “Do not disturb” sign to choose when we wanted cleaning or to not be disturbed
In the night it was really loud, we couldn’t sleep well, the doors and walls are really thin. There were people screaming, arguing, knocking on doors etc.
