We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels provided. Also enjoyed being in walking distance to everything we needed.

This little gem is perfect for a family or someone wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach!! walking distance to one of the prettiest beaches ive seen. The Apt was supplied with everything you can think of for beach. They even had sand toys and a wagon( VERY useful with a 1 and 6 year old and hot sand. We had beach towls, umbrellas, chairs etc. Gino and his on site manager ( Janice i think) was an absolute pleasure and so very kind!! If you dont care for all the business of all the people and want a perfect quaint place to stay, Lido Sand Apartments are perfect in all aspects!!

This was a last minute trip and it was wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable and so very close to all of the fun! It is a quick walk to the beach (a block) and the Grill has great (and healthy) food. St Armands Circle is an easy walk with yummy choices and great shopping. Drift is also nearby in the Lido Key Resort and with their 8th floor view, it's a must for sunset. As a life-long Florida resident, I really enjoyed the vibe of this area because it has the feel of "real" Florida.

The apartment that Gino provided was everthing that we had hoped for: spotlessly clean, with two large bedrooms and a nice size living area, and very near the beach and Armand Circle. Gino was a wonderful host. We will definitely come back!

It was as nice as co-worker said. Easy walk to beach, one block. Armond Circle just down road. Kayaking was excellent. Owner responded quickly when asked question. Though a smart tv with streaming would have been nice.

We love the location short walk to the beach and to the circle everything is close by, friendly neighbors at the apartment. It felt like home away from home.

The apartment worked great for us, didn't spend a ton of time inside as there is so much to do & enjoy in the area. Very convenient that we could easily walk to the Circle, great to do after a big meal & desert. The apartment is just like the photos; comfortable & clean. There were lots of extra beach towels in the closet which was very convenient too. I would stay again, the price is right.

The bedrooms were perfect. Perhaps have smaller chairs in the living room. There was a lot of furniture in the living room area. It was a very comfortable stay! It was also very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach snd Armand’s Circle!

The property is as seen in the pictures. The exterior is dated; however, the inside was very clean. The owners were very helpful when needed. And the location is great. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

No check in details were given out, when asked in app the owner stated 2 hrs before check in to 'call me for check in instructions' On calling owner they said property was mix up and to come to different address they had nice property we like. We went to check out the property, it was not what we booked, did not appear to be same quality and didn't have 2 proper bedrooms. At this point after travelling a long way they gave us no choice to accept as there was no other properties available on the holiday weekend. The cleaning lady tried to be accommodating by offering a second room but the owner said it was booked- no one stayed in it while we were there. The property was clean but did not meet the needs that we specifically booked for and the host could have let us know months prior if it had been double booked and we could have found something else. After booking 6 months in advance this was extremely disappointing experience. Vrbo were no help at all. Could not be reached by phone, and didn't call back after being cut off while trying g to resolve.

You are minutes from anything you could possibly want or need. Walking distance to the beach or to the shops! The property was the perfect size for our family of 4. Gino was great to communicate with and check in and check out were a breeze. Such a beautiful town and such a beautiful place to stay. We will be back again!

Location is very convenient to the beach and to St. Armand’s Circle. The view of the building outside is not the best, but don’t let that stop you from renting here. The inside has been updated and was very clean. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect location! Walk to the beach! Everything you need for beach is right there on property. Chairs, noodles, wagon. Easy walk or free trolley to St Armand’s circle for restaurants and shopping, Neighborhood was wonderful! We enjoyed walking around and looking at the multimillion dollar houses! This place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet! The cleaning lady was so accommodating! She gave us extra time when our flight was delayed! Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time! We will be back! Thank you so much Gino!

This property was perfect for us and a short walk to the beach and a hotel that has an outside bar/restaurant and inside coffee shop. Owner provided all the beach equipment needed. Also, space in front of our unit provided a nice area for family members to gather.
