About this apartment rental
My place is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, the beach, supermarket is walking distance, all services, nightlife and variety of souvenirs, and shops. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, close to the pool but not too close! there are several pools to enjoy, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Condo has lush gardens, nice front patio and balcony on the second level.

Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet.

Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.

Greeted by a flood in the kitchen when we arrived and was required to mop it up ourselves. Nobody came to look at it until the next day.
