The balcony extends outward and showcases the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico, creating a beautiful view of the ocean waves as you view the sunrise in the morning or sunset each night. The condo is keyless entry, and a code will be provided to you prior to your arrival! The condo has 10-foot ceilings throughout making it bright and airy! Many, if not most of the other dining, shopping, entertainment and local beach hangouts are within a short driving distance from the condo due to the centralized location on the beach! You are provided with starter supplies such as a few rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a few garbage bags, some liquid laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. You will need to bring more of these items or purchase more during your stay as needed. THIS CONDO AND THE BUILDING COMMON AREAS ARE SMOKE FREE AND SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OR THE CONDO BALCONY AND ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS ON THE GROUND LEVEL.
