That detail adds a lot of credibility. I’d weave it in near the beginning, since responsiveness and ease of communication are important to prospective renters.We had an exceptional three-day weekend at this beautiful townhouse near the beach. The home is tastefully decorated, impeccably maintained, and everything feels fresh, modern, and almost new. The owners have truly thought of every detail, and at times it felt more like staying in a luxury hotel than a vacation rental.One thing we especially appreciated was dealing directly with the owner rather than through a rental agency. He was responsive, helpful, and always available when we had questions, making the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish.The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals at home. We also enjoyed spending time in the comfortable living room, relaxing on the couches and watching the large-screen TV.Although the weather was a little too cool for us to fully enjoy the screened porch, the outdoor spaces are wonderful. There is both a screened-in area and a patio that would be perfect for dining and relaxing outdoors.We were fortunate to visit when the outdoor pool had just opened. The pool is large, with a separate area for families with children. The athletic center was another great amenity, featuring a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool.This townhouse would be ideal for either a couple or family
