Located in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $329 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You are welcome to bring your furry friend too as this condo is dog friendly (prior arrangements must be made). The kitchen has been nicely remodeled with granite and stainless steel and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your visit. Sit on the back porch and listen to the tranquil sounds of the river in the summer. This first floor condo also has quick and easy access to the community hot tub. Enjoy ski in and out access in the winter with the Snowflake ski lift being only about a 5 minute walk on foot and return to the complex via the Four O'clock ski run right at Sawmill Rd but there is also a free shuttle bus stop close by. Easy walking access to town as well. The condo has a flat screen TV in the living room and a DVD player. Mountain Sunsets (Wildwood Suites 107) will be a condo you'll want to return to year after year. One parking spot is permitted for a 1 bedroom condo. Electric Vehicle Charging Station available onsite. If you'd like to bring [one] dog, there is a nightly fee. Please call our office for arrangements. The unit was cleaned well and had everything you could need for a couple night stay. The location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to Main Street for food/drinks and there was a shuttle bus to the lifts! The only thing to note is that the walls are a little thin and depending on your neighbors at the time you can hear quite a bit, I brought earplugs and slept great.

Walk out the back door to beautiful stream. Walk out the front and downhill you are a short walk to downtown. Walk uphill and you are close to a hike to the reservoir and astounding views, and close to chair lifts. Will be back!

This property is in an incredible walkable (and likely ski-able come winter) spot, perfect for accessing downtown and the resorts. Our dog also enjoyed the stay and quick access to an outdoor area by way of the patio.
Unit itself has a full kitchen with lots of utensils and pots. The coffee pot unfortunately does not fit the coffee maker so it's a little difficult to use but still functional with some involvement in the brewing process.
Loved this place! Will stay again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay at this condo! I didn’t realize the running steam was literally just steps away from the back porch and it was so beautiful! And easy access to the hot tub, too! It was the perfect condo for a small family. It had everything we needed and was so close to Main St. Communication with management was the best I’ve ever experienced when going through VRBO. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Breckenridge!

The upstairs neighbors at this condo were unbearably loud. Dogs constantly running/furniture being moved around. Management was very responsive & incredibly kind to come talk to us & the neighbors in person - we were blown away by their efforts to help! Unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference, so we probably would not book this condo again because our whole family lost sleep. It’s a bummer because the condo/location/management were wonderful. If you’re not bothered by noise, it’s a 10/10!

Nice place for a small party. Bathroom, kitchen, and floors have been updated. Bed and bed coverings were very comfortable. Something wrong with the toilet. Flush tank takes hours to refill. Had to use bathroom trashcan to flush toilet. Also, toaster oven
was rusty & needs replacement. Sofa & chair not comfortable.

Absolutely loved the proximity to the Snowflake Lift and the Four O' Clock run. We were also able to take a short walk to Main Street for dinner in the evenings. Property manager was also very responsive. Great stay in Breckenridge!

My husband and I and our dog spent 9 nights in Breckenridge at Wildwood Suites 107. The location is great and we really appreciated the opportunity to bring our pet. Our son & his wife joined us for a couple days and there is no way this unit can comfortably accommodate more than 2 people. It is very dated and minimally appointed - no wine glasses, only 2 coffee cups, few serving pieces or appliances, etc. It was functional but barely so for anyone planning to cook and eat there rather than heading to Breck for meals. There were racks to hang skis just inside the door with a mat that would hold 2 pairs of ski boots but little else in the way of places to store or hang items. We were able to ski almost right to the door at the end of every day but the hike uphill to the Snowflake Lift was no easy 5 minute stroll, especially for those less accustomed to high altitude. Upon our arrival we discovered the thermostat wasn't working and it was 58° in the unit. We contacted the property manager who sent someone over who was able to get the heat going by adjusting the hot water valve behind the couch to fully open. He was going to have a plumber come fix it the following day. This plumber never came and the thermostat never worked properly though my husband did get pretty good at messing with the valve behind the couch to adjust the temperature in the unit - not exactly ideal given the cost of staying there. There is a hot tub & sauna on property BUT there is no maintenance of the area around the hot tub so it was so icy & slippery around it that it was downright dangerous getting in and out. Most other places we've stayed with outdoor hot tubs have been pretty diligent about clearing the area around the tub. It's not unusual to have to step out into recent snow that they haven't had a chance to clear but I've never been to a place that apparently just doesn't ever bother to clear it. Would I recommend this property to a friend? Maybe...with strong reservations.

This place was perfect for us. It had all of the basics and was very convenient for the snowflake lift. We were a little confused by the directions on the first day to get to the lift and I’m not sure we ever found the trail, but we were able to figure out how to get there. It would have been nice to have some kind of smart device (fire stick or roku or something) to watch movies in the evening, but overall a great place to stay.

The rental was so cute, cozy and perfect. I came for the weekend just for a quick city get away and it great for my little dog and me. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I love how many towels they give. The only thing was, since it’s dog friendly there were a few dogs the last night thag barked non-stop. This spot was exactly what we needed this week. We live in summit but are in between leases and needed a place to WFH and hang with the dogs for a few days. The condo was clean and simple and opened out to a beautiful little creek and nice yard. Access to lots of good hikes and very centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is the walls are thin & the tenants upstairs were very noisy early in the mornings. They also left a jumping, barking dog alone for hours, which was annoying to listen to all day & night. I would stay here again, and maybe request 2nd or 3rd floor unit.

Being pet friendly was our first priority. We were 2 blocks from downtown was also important. A mountain stream was out our backdoor (which was a plus). The condo was older than we were use to. But probably due to being pet friendly. Not many were pet friendly. The managers were extremely accommodating when we had a question. The only item of concern was there was no anti-skid mat for the show/tub combination. We used a towel while taking a shower. Overall it was a great place for your pet and closeness to the downtown area.

We had a great time in Breck and were very comfortable in the condo. We were able to walk to Main Street easily, but also felt like we were in the woods since the patio faces a beautiful stream. There were tables by the stream as well that provided areas to eat by the stream. The furniture and bed were comfortable and everything was in working order in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a bit of noise from upstairs at times - I'd recommend getting a sound machine for the bedroom. We brought ours and it helped. Great place to stay though and we would definitely return. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay!

We stayed at Four O'Clock for 5 weeks in June 2022. You cannot beat the location! It is less than a two block walk to Main Street. The creek and shaded area by it is just outside the sliding glass door and its relaxing sound can be heard inside the condo anytime a window is open. The easy hike up Sawmill Creek is beautiful and nearly always shady. We had a couple of minor issues upon arriving, but the management group took care of each immediately even though it was a Sunday. This condo is perfect for a short stay, however for a long one like ours, it would be helpful if there were a few more amenities in the kitchen, i.e., measuring cups and spoons, since we did a fair amount of cooking. Be aware that even though this property is located on the ground floor, there are stairs to maneuver when you are moving in. Most people aren't unloading for a 5-week stay so it probably isn't a problem for most. My husband had just had back surgery so I unloaded everything. When I called management to ask the best place to park to do this. they suggested a helpful area and even offered to send someone to help me unload. Now that's great service! We will definitely use Breckenridge Resort Managers again.

It was great having access right out of the back of the unit for my dog and me. It made it super easy to take him for a quick walk and the sound of the river was enchanting. The property manager was very responsive when I had issues unlocking the front door.

Relief from the heat
We absolutely loved staying at Toby’s place. It had everything we need and the rushing stream was such a peaceful lullaby at night. And the bed was so comfortable. We hope to visit again.

At 10:30pm we pulled out the sofa bed. There was a funky blanket folded in there. The mattress was nasty and didn’t have a mattress cover on it. We found clean sheets and pillows in the closet. We used the funky blanket as a mattress cover, since it was better than the mattress. There were no pillow cases and the pillows didn’t have protective covers on them. No additional blankets. I called the contact number provided and the answering service informed me that management would contact me in the morning. Fortunately we had brought an extra blanket and the adults got the 2 pillows from the bedroom. The pullout bed frame was broken and horrible to sleep on.
Those issues were addressed the following morning.
The tub had a slow draining issue, which turned out to be a lot of hair stuck in the drain, which I pulled out.
At that point my daughter didn’t feel comfortable staying the second night and returned home with the 2yr old and dog.
It’s such a great location and setting, right next to a beautiful creek, but cleanliness and basic comfort wasn’t happening and that was unacceptable.

Great Location but very noisy neighbors upstairs.
Our stay was fantastic and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only down side was that the walls and floors are really thin and out upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud and their dog howled almost every night. Luckily we spent most of our time on the mountain and we weren’t in the room to much. Walking to the snow flake lift was super easy. I would definitely rent this location again in the future.
