The shower was small and the water pressure was not adequate to have a proper bath. The decoration was odd and unlike shown in the pictures, the place was full of embroideries hanging all around. The host was trying to be polite and attended most of our needs with a positive attitude yet she was overwhelming. The location was not very convenient for my family with two teens, as the house was not close to the centre of the village and we had to walk a dark and narrow street to get there, and kids would not walk alone. The breakfast platter lacked basic plain options which we should specifically ask for. Also, we found out that the room was far overpriced compared to other, better options available in the village.

It was amazing to stay in a 19th century guesthouse. The host had a lot of artifacts from her ancestors who actually lived in that house and she gave us a tour and explained historical antidotes of her ancestors. That made it very interesting.
The room was rather small for the 5 of us, and we thought the rental price or one night was rather steep.

Old stone-built guesthouse with pre-1950 items on display from the owner's family. It's located in a quiet small street of Papigo, 3-4 minutes walk from the church.
The room was warm, the owner welcomed us with sweets, and provided some local tsipouro in the room. She provided home made sweets and local pastries for breakfast.
The bed was stiff, a medium mattress can surely work great for all people.
The breakfast was relatively basic for the price, we were served a single omelette and one croissant to split between 2 people.
Also there was no milk available, we were given a small single UHT milk tub to split between 2 people.
The shower was too small, even my partner who is petite hit herself several times trying to move in the cabin.
Finally, as much as we enjoy listening to the history of the places we stay in, we felt pressured to allocate time to have a tour of the guesthouse and learn the family's and the house's history.
