Some bits and bobs but for the value , it's not a matter of not liking- I got what I paid for during this season- and staff are fantastic

We chose Hotel du Palais purely as a transit accomodation and it is what we got. Well located, flexible checkin.
While the accomodation was a dissapointment, the personnel was very nice and welcoming.
As already mentioned, wouldn't go there for more than 1-2 nights. It is an old building not very well maintained on the inside and hence giving it a highway hostel vibe.
The room has a fake degraded ceiling, old beds with rather unconfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall clean, but difficult to feel that given the very old furniture and bathroom installations.
Breakfast was unfortunately not worth the price and is very limited - only sweet breakfast. Only thing that was good was the bread.
All in all, the price is not justified.
